The apartment complex started out very nicely-- clean and safe, maintenance requests were handled promptly and the only problem was street noise. Slowly over time the apartment building has been going downhill like someone else pointed out. The elevators constantly get vandalized and smell of urine, and cars get broken into inside the gated underground garage. The bar across the street attacts bikers who rev their engines at 2am on weekdays. Requests for repairs now take a long time to be taken care of and the only time they'll care to do it any faster is when they're about to have an inspection and then they get all "let us know if anything needs to be fixed" when at other times they really don't care if you live in a dump. The only redeeming quality this apartment building has is that it's close to Piedmont Ave. and the rent is cheap.
