River Knolls Apartments

500 Hilltop Drive, Redding, CA 96003

04/07/14 by anonymous:
We've lived at River Knolls for two years and have had a great experience. Although the rent is on the higher side, there are some compensations. Upon lease renewal we were given a choice of a free use of the activity room (there is usually a charge) or a carpet clean. I would suggest that the use of the activity room be provisioned with the rental or lease, perhaps once a quarter or more

Wavertree Apartments

This place blows, loud neighbors finally moved out. Parking is terrible. I think the pool is open for 2 months out of the year? Laundry machines are broken often. The office manager seemed great at first but now after a year they put a new roof on the complex and wood chips and roofing debris got all over my $20k sports car and sitting in the garage, when I told the manger she said more

I have been living at Hilltop Gardens Apartments for about 6 months now, and aside from hearing my neighbors (who are just exceptionally loud and there seems to be little insulation between us) all the time, I absolutely love it. The apartment manager Bonnie, is awesome! Between her and Jerry the maintenance guy, they get everything taken care of ASAP and they are never rude or more

Manzanita Manor Apartments

2070 Bechelli Lane, Redding, CA 96002

The owner of this complex is a slumlord. The complex itself was a nice place, with a good community. Everyone there was friends, and would watch out for each other's things. We had a couple of cars get broken into, but that was short lived. I chased a guy away at one point, and they never really came back. It's not the quietest of places, but it's more

Park West Apartments

Location is the best, close to everything! Maintenance goes above and beyond. I was worried about noise before moving in, but turns out not to be a problem. Personally I love living here though some things could be better. Some of my complaints are...not enough lighting, my assigned parking spot is often taken. Oh and not enough washer/dryers for complex size. Hook up are available for more

Windsor Apartments

I lived in these apartments for almost a year but not quite. For apartment living, this was an excellent place to live. The management is an elderly couple who are very sweet. They are not in everyones business like most managers.. and I lived right next door to them. Parking is great since you have a garage. The pool was cool especially in Redding summer heat. In the time I lived more

Downtown Plaza Apartments

1075 Trinity Street, Redding, CA 96001

So far, been here four months. I come from the Bay Area and honestly the reviews on here about the neighborhood being "bad" is absolutely hilarious to me. This apartment and neighborhood is wonderful in my opinion. The trees are gorgeous, the river is close, the bird sounds in the mornings are nice, and the maintenance is very well kept. If you ever move down to Bay Area and want a price more

Pepper Tree Apartments

251 Hilltop Drive, Redding, CA 96003

01/30/13 by anonymous:
VERY old complex. Roof shingles need replacing as do all the windows which are single panes. There was a 2 inch open gap in our front window that we discovered when PGE did an energy audit. Utility costs are through the roof due to the leaky doors and windows. Expect to pay at least $300 a month during the summer months to keep cool. Non energy efficient OLD electric appliances and low grade more

Shasta Villa Apartments

My friend and I went to visit this particular apartment complex "Shasta Villa Apartments" and never have we come across such discrimination and racial profiling before, my friend being White and I Spanish/Mexican American. As we walk into the door, right off the bat the leasing agent comes off as dry and unwelcoming. We tell her we are looking for a 1-2 bedroom apartment. And more
