This place is the complete package. I have been looking for a great place to stay for a long time and I have done my research. This place has all the little details that make a place worthy of being called "home." Check them out if you are looking for a place to call home, and make them the first on your list. I promise you, you wont even look any further after you see this place! more

My boyfriend and I just moved into the bigger two bedroom with our doggie and we love it! Coming from Rocklin and Citrus Heights, we've seen it all. There are some really great things about this complex! First of all, even though it's tucked away behind what looks like a ------ area, once you come into the gates it's really like a different world. I'm a young college student more

I moved into Lincoln Place Apartments about two years ago in August 2013 after I got accepted to CSU Sacramento. Although the move-in process was hectic, it was through no fault of the management and the woman whose fault it really was, was let go. The management is incredible. When I moved in, I had some family stuff going on and Leisa (the General Manager) and Hatranh - on top of always being more

The new management or manager is not responsive to the residents complaints about parking. They allow and tolerate residents who park at Guest Parking overnight leaving NO space for REAL guest to park, they also do not inforce the 20 minute parking/loading/unloading zone and let residents park their overnight...gardeners needs to improve...I have a plant in my patio that got whack!!!! by the more

La Riviera Commons

8719 Woodman Way, Sacramento, CA 95826

Simple, basic place too live. I lived closer to the street so it was loud but was just something to get used too. Lots of storage space, and I liked how the vanity area is outside of the bathroom. Maintenance was pretty quick to get too things you needed fixed. Parking isn't the best, I lived with two other people and we were only given one spot. Usually had to park on the street but nothing more
