These apartment are horrible they charge too much for so little features. plumbing is bad my toilet over flooded 3 times in one week and I have 0 children one of the managers name ------- is very rude lack concern or any empathy for her tenants treats women very rude but flirts with the male tenants. During a phone conversation regarding a concern I had with my apartment she was very rude expressed her irritation and hung up the phone in my face I never used words with her that would be disrespectful to deserve that treatment I recommend any place but Wyndham. Lack of Customer service and rude management lacking concern of their tenants

Dear Forte2014 - We were very sorry to learn of your recent issues and understand how frustrating they can be. We sincerely apologize if we did not appear attentive to your concerns or were discourteous to you at any time. We understand that the overflows you describe were unusual, and not something you would expect to happen again. But particularly with plumbing, and water-related incidents, we recommend that our residents notify us the first time they experience something so we can attend to things right away. Unfortunately, as luck would have it, we found out on a weekend when our maintenance crew was not on site, so it took an hour or so for us to provide you with plumbing service following our conversation. We regret any added inconvenience that may have caused. If you experience any further difficulties, please let us know.
