Great location, easy to get anywhere in San Diego, easy access to I-94, I-8 and I-15. reasonable rents and great maintenance staff. Parking spaces could get a little tight unless you get a reserved parking. Great facilities for laundry, trash and recycling. more

We have had a wonderful living experience at Scripps Landing. Every aspect has been above expectations. The staff is amazing, every one we have been in contact with has been exceptional. The grounds are clean and kept up every day, parking is just fine with Newley widened spaces! If there is any suggestions the management takes them into account and usually does act on the things that are more

The location and views are really nice, and the location is very convenient to downtown, Balboa Park, freeways, and public transportation. The grounds of the complex are attractive too, although not as clean as I'd like. My apartment is on the small side and also a bit outdated in terms of amenities and appearance - double-pane windows would be nice, given the noise level, but I don't have them. more

The only major I have with this complex is that the parking situation makes it hard for anyone to move in with a large truck. I shattered two windows on a U-Haul truck because I could barely make the tight right turn into the parking area. Please fix this issue. more

The staff is friendly & the building is kept clean... I love my unit specifically. Lots of natural light, I never hear my neighbors, and a quick shut of the window and I can't hear any outside noise. It's been a pleasure to live here and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. more

Let me first start off by saying I have been a resident here for about five months now, my fiancé and baby have a one bed room close to 700 ish square feet and our electric bill averages between 400-550 dollars a month. I have been trying to get down to the bottom of this ridiculousness for about two months now and have been getting the run around, ignored, lied too. There is clearly something more

This is a great place to live. The management is super nice and helpful. I think Trina is the best manager this complex ever had. Any issue you have is fixed within 24 hours. Complex is very green with a beautiful courtyard. Convenient garage parking. I definitely will recommend this complex. I lived in this place for many years and I really enjoyed it. Now I have to move to another state and more

So I just moved here when they started with a new management company. I move here in Feb. Since then I have repeatedly complained about the dog crap everywhere and they finally sent out a letter to all the residents to pick up after your pet and to make them go in the designated areas. While I understand the need for certain areas, it is not possible if you have small dogs that will go where they more

This place seems fabulous at first but trust me looks can be deceiving. First off the people in the leasing office aren't very friendly especially Matt. Second it can get pretty loud especially if you have upstairs neighbors, and the people who love here are rude, I'm always getting weird looks as if I shouldn't be here. Third I see so many cockroaches all over the place. Gross!! I more
