This is the worst staffs i have seen in this apartment.
Staff's in leasing office does not respond to the residents who lives there.They will first respond to future residents.NO FRIENDLY neighbors.NO PARKING PLACE.Assigned parking place is very very small in which always you get some damage to cars...in which the Carmel landing does not care about that.Not even a single maintenance request has been full filled.Lot of noises from upstairs and from cars.Lot of dogs and cat poops all over grasses.People bring COBRA SNAKES and DOGS to take bath in swimming pool.UNFRIENDLY STAFF and UNFRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT.DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE.BEWARE!!!!!!
