I lived there for a year and a half. The office staff seemed very nice at first. But after the lease was signed....that all changed. They tell you one thing to get you in, then later you find out they were lying. You try to call them on it, and they say that "I never said that". Both mine and my roomates cars were towed out of our spaces with visible parking passes. When we confronted the office staff about, they always had an excuse to make it our fault. The place is incredibly poorly built. Everything breaks with little effort. The sound insulation is rediculous. I could hear every word of the conversations of the people that lived downstairs OVER my own tv. The college kids living there have NO respect for people that have to work mornings. Parties all night long every night of the week. We had ants all over the kitchen and bathrooms, and we lived on the top floor. My roomates dads' car was stolen out of the parking garage while the security guards were down the street blocking the road so that no one could drive down the side access road after midnight. For some reason the manager of the complex didn't want any cars driving down the roads at night. HELLO!!!! How else are we supposed to get to the parking garage. What else is there? That's it for now. Don't be fooled by the pretty facade they put on. It was the worst place that I ever lived and I couldn't wait to get out.
