1844 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94102

Many of the appliances have broke with in the year I have been here. The neighborhood is very central and close to a lot, but the homeless that are around the building/area are out of control. The staff and residents are great. 5th floor is nice! more

Brosnan Apartments

300 Brosnan Court, South San Francisco, CA 94080

Although I did not end up renting at Brosnan Apartments, I wanted to relay that Marsha and Bob are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. I put down a security deposit for an apartment I was interested in and was ready to sign the paperwork. Then an opportunity in the city came up that I could not pass up. Although Bob and Marsha could have easily charged me for the various costs related to more

Carmel Rincon Apartments

Miriam at Carmel Rincon was the REASON I signed the lease! She is so genuinely caring and loves her job. It makes me feel proud to be a Rinconite because of staff like her! She's awesome! I don't know what Carmel Rincon would look like without staff like Miriam, Raf, Liena, and Todd. more

Potrero Launch

Great condos inside; modern lofty, great location. Prices are very very high. Unfortunately the building forgot to place a garbage shoot system thus management charges renters a fee for a company to pick up trash outside the door 5 nights a week. As a result, and due to skimping on custodial services, the hallways REEK of trash and spills go unnoticed for weeks... more

RIPPED OFF ON DEPOSIT AFTER MOVING OUT. They charged $700 to clean our place. 5 hours of cleaning & 6 hours of painting. There is no way that is accurate. We left the place in good condition. I can't see how they could spend more than hour cleaning & who gets to charge for painting after you live someplace more than a year? I hated living at this place and I hate it even more for ripping me more

We moved in Jan 2012 and love the space and layout of the apt. Everyone here is very responsive and the management team is spot on. Its not cheap but they take care of you. Well worth every dollar we spend for this apt. more

After reading a bit of the negative reviews on this site, I'd like to talk about my experience, which has been mostly pleasant! Management: I've been here a little over three years so far and though management is constantly changing (which is confusing and I'm sick of trying to get to know management every time they change) it's probably just the nature of the business. There more

South Beach Marina Apartments

2 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107

08/20/10 by augieray:
We recently moved in and have found South Beach Marina Apartments to be a great place to live. The location won't please people looking for a "real neighborhood" in San Francisco, but those who want a safe, sunnier, and convenient corner of the City will be pleased. The apartment is on the Embarcadero and in walking distance to AT&T Park, the Ferry Building, and more

Avalon Sunset Towers (formerly Sunset Towers)

8 Locksley Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94122

This a great community, especially if you have a dog (or two!). It's nice and quiet for the most part, even though almost everyone has dogs. The walls are nice and thick so you don't get neighbor noise. The neighborhood is quiet and tranquil, but public transit is plentiful (the easiest way to get to downtown is taking the 36, 43 or 44 to Forrest Hill). more

I loved living so close to everything- the staff were accomodating to our needs and were friendly. We had a great experience living close to the fashion district, bart, union square, cal train, transportation, etc... The neighborhood is up and coming and comming along well. more
