I'm about to move into the South Tower (one week left!) and could not be more thrilled with the service I've received since touring for the first time. Our leasing agent Nicole has been THE BEST by fully answering our questions and adding helpful hints about the move-in process. Not only that, she took us around 10 different units and helped us find the perfect fit. I can't more

After reading a bit of the negative reviews on this site, I'd like to talk about my experience, which has been mostly pleasant! Management: I've been here a little over three years so far and though management is constantly changing (which is confusing and I'm sick of trying to get to know management every time they change) it's probably just the nature of the business. There more

Carmel Rincon is an amazing place to live in. Such a well maintained building in an awesome location. The views are incredible all the way around. The staff is professional and courteous. Would be tough to move out of Carmel Rincon for sure. more

I'm quite happy with my move to 41 Waller. I particularly like the staff, as they have been responsive to my needs and are quite pleasant to deal with. My only complaint is that it seems to me that the elevators and the garage door break down too often. OK,one other negative: I think the fact that you cannot see out the door at 41 Waller before you open it is a serious safety issue because more

Great condos inside; modern lofty, great location. Prices are very very high. Unfortunately the building forgot to place a garbage shoot system thus management charges renters a fee for a company to pick up trash outside the door 5 nights a week. As a result, and due to skimping on custodial services, the hallways REEK of trash and spills go unnoticed for weeks... more

RIPPED OFF ON DEPOSIT AFTER MOVING OUT. They charged $700 to clean our place. 5 hours of cleaning & 6 hours of painting. There is no way that is accurate. We left the place in good condition. I can't see how they could spend more than hour cleaning & who gets to charge for painting after you live someplace more than a year? I hated living at this place and I hate it even more for ripping me more

I loved living at Argenta, and only left the building because of job relocation outside of California. The staff is outstanding (I interacted most with Paul, who is extremely helpful). My apartment was spacious and bright with a beautiful view of City Hall. While there is an appropriate level of street noise given the Market/City Center location, I never heard my neighbors (neither more

I have lived in this building for about 10 to 12 years and I love it!!! Fabulous location, just a block away from the Mark Hopkins Hotel and walking distance to Union Square, Chinatown, and Financial District . It is a beautiful and clean building. I love my 2 bedroom apartment. it is spacious, has a great layout and a lovely view of the city from both bedrooms. Alex the current manager is a more

I arranged to rent Telegraph Hill apartments remotely for a summer tech internship in SF. I decided on quirky, cozy, North Beach with the close proximity to the lively italian restaurants, the new trendy spots, a slew of lively bars on Grant St., the amazing on a sunny Sunday Union Square, and the easy 15-20 minute commute/walk to the Financial District.
