Tower 737 Condominium Rentals

737 Post St, San Francisco, CA 94109

Moved from this building after having rented here without knowing anything about the city. The apartments have no closet space, ridiculous bathrooms, noisy all the time and they say its in lower Nob but baby this is the TENDERLOIN. Not safe at all and homeless accost you the minute you leave the building. Filthy street. Office staff is ok but can be snippy and rude. There was a nice lady more

Not safe. No security onsite in an area that has lots of drugs and homelessness. Building broken into on a regular basis and nothing is done to mitigate the issues. Lots of additional fees tacked onto rent to cover building costs. Wouldn't live here again. more

I'm about to move into the South Tower (one week left!) and could not be more thrilled with the service I've received since touring for the first time. Our leasing agent Nicole has been THE BEST by fully answering our questions and adding helpful hints about the move-in process. Not only that, she took us around 10 different units and helped us find the perfect fit. I can't more

Carmel Rincon Apartments

I really appreciate your interest in my opinion, which is a good signal from your management. Being concerned about our interest and confort how part of service provided by Rincon Carmel. In my opinion there is a great community with a convenience location. However, the high rent in the area is to think about... more

Potrero Launch

2235 3rd Street, San Francisco, CA 94107

Potrero Launch could be a great place to live, or it could be a decent place to live. Right now it feels like a rip off based on what I'm getting for the high amount it costs to live here. The good: - Can't hear the neighbors - Washer/dryer in unit - Rooftop deck with jacuzzi and city/bay views is awesome - Modern interiors (concrete floors, nice bathrooms, etc.) - New building with more

There are many things to love about Park Merced. It is one of the few areas in the city that has lots of green, and birds, even if you don't own your own home. My 9 year old son has a huge expanse of lawn to do cartwheels on, and I can look out my kitchen window and watch him play. Not too many places in SF where this would be possible! South Beach Marina Apartments

2 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107

We recently moved in and have found South Beach Marina Apartments to be a great place to live. The location won't please people looking for a "real neighborhood" in San Francisco, but those who want a safe, sunnier, and convenient corner of the City will be pleased. The apartment is on the Embarcadero and in walking distance to AT&T Park, the Ferry Building, and more

I was living here prior to the new management that came in with no problems. -------------were an absolute dream the new manager -------nightmare. She is overbearing, rude, racist, sexist, and a general bully. Her office is right when you walk in so you can't avoid as SEVERAL residents especially pet owners can attest to. People go down early to avoid her 9AM arrival or go more
