Resident 2014 - 2015

8/28/2015

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! I'm serious. If you can avoid living in this building I would advise you to do so. The rent will be cheaper than any in the area, which might seem nice, but is also why the price is too good to be true. Around this time last year the units went for 1495 a month, which even then was a joke. The elevator is broken more often than it works, there are leaks in more than one unit. I've seen cockroaches, rats/mice, bedbugs, fleas, and potato bugs inside of multiple units. other tenants told me they had to contact a pest control company to rodent proof their unit. There are constantly non-tenants inside of the building; doing drugs, vandalizing the property, or checking units to see if they can get in or not. The police are here often, and every time they tell people that this is the management's fault. That all the police can do is escort people out when they are trespassing (because the building is that easy to get into, they don't even have to break in) Watch out for stray heroin needles in the hallways (I wish I was exaggerating) The owner, Monica, will not listen to you when you try to address issues, and she gives excuses that can't even relate to the problems at hand.
