Matsonia Gardens Apartments

825 Post St # 215, San Francisco, CA 94109

I was hesitant, back in 2002 about applying for the beautiful apt. at 825 Post St. Yes it was large, yes it faces a garden, and yeas it is in a sort of tower for great cross ventilation. And yes we were accepted. But the neighborhood bothered me. But now, almost 10 years later, I can say that without a doubt, this is the finest building I have heard of. Everyone has more

Mc Allister Manor Apartments

I lived at McAllister Manor from August 2008 to September 2009. This was my first apartment in San Francisco and looking back, was pretty good. The location was convenient: really close to all the shops on Hayes; the 5 runs right on McAllister and getting to the 47 and 49 stops on Van Ness is just a short walk away. The building looks good (nothing super fancy, but the pictures are a more

Many amenities that make this truly a high class living arrangement... concierge service, media theater, ammenities room that looks like a restaurant (with kitchen and living room), full gym, offices, conference rooms... you name it, this place has got it.

However, tenants here, for such a nice place, sometimes treat it poorly. They are messier than many of the places I've lived in more

Very nice apartment living. Maintenance staff is always busy and willing to help. Maintenance is excellent, friendly and extremely thorough. Parking is not adequate for all the residents and guests (typical for San Francisco). There is a very nice underground garage which is well maintained and convenient. Very little space for guests. Noise is typical of apartment living. Kids are more

Palace Court Apartments

555 O'Farrell Street, San Francisco, CA 94102

I've had generally good experiences with SF Rent. I've lived at Palace Court Apartments for almost 5 years, and I don't plan on leaving any time soon. They are generally responsive to maintenance requests which are very easy to submit through their website. I did have an issue with a towel bar needed to get fixed for a while. I had to send multiple communications to get it more

Moved in in October 2011 and have been very happy with the place. Everyone understands its an apartment complex and keeps it down after 10PM. Alex has been great and is always friendly. more

Polk Manor

743 Polk St, San Francisco, CA 94109

04/02/14 by Maxrepka@gmail.com:
I have lived at 743 Polk for about 5 years and only just moved out last month because my partner and I moved in together. I was sad to let it go. The landlord Rick is great, stays out of your business but fixes thing when you need it and is continually maintaining and updating the building. I rented a nice studio that was spacious and quiet with a huge kitchen and bathroom with a claw foot more

Preston Apartments

2402 California St, San Francisco, CA 94115

As a tentant in this building since 1988, I can say that this is probably one of the best neighborhoods in San Francisco, with great shops & restaurants and within walking distance to two lovely parks (Alta Plaza & Lafayette parks), the Marina, Japantown and beautiful Pacific Heights homes. Public transportation is good (close to the 1 California line & 22 Fillmore lines as well as an express bus more
