This building is awesome, public transportation to practically everywhere you want to go. Assigned parking plenty of commercial parking for your guests. It has an outdoors heated pool, a jacuzzi, a steam room, and a small gym. I really like the floor plan of the apartments too, the way the rooms are arranged makes very good use of the space. The staff, security and more

That last review is not representative of my experience here thus far; the manager Jeff is terrific and really cares about the comfort of his tenants and he makes sure the place is kept extremely clean. There is no smell, and that is something I am very sensitive to. The units are spacious and very bright, with everything recently renovated. My only complaint is something management has more

My wife and I stayed there to escape the heat of the California desert last summer and we are returning this year. Our one large one bedroom apartment was very adequate with a very usable kitchen.
The location of our apartment was great with a view of Grace Cathedral across the street as well as the Fairmont Hotel and a sneak view of the Bay Bridge.
Yes the rent is not cheap, more

Location is great, but the manager is completely rude. After you give notice she'll schedule showings of your apartment and come in with or without your permission, even if you say that it's a bad time. The garage doors are totally broken and always hit cars, but they refuse to fix them. My car was broken into in the locked parking garage, probably because the garage more

it's a co-cop so you have to deal with all that associated with it. the building is full of older people so the concierge is extra nice and helpful with parking/bringing in and out packages/calling taxis. lovely views from top floors, and layout is good. more

I've had generally good experiences with SF Rent. I've lived at Palace Court Apartments for almost 5 years, and I don't plan on leaving any time soon. They are generally responsive to maintenance requests which are very easy to submit through their website. I did have an issue with a towel bar needed to get fixed for a while. I had to send multiple communications to get it more

The current owners, The Prado Group are greedy, arrogant jerks who will screw anyone for a buck. They would much rather take you to court and harass you with their nasty lawyers than do the most basic maintenance on your unit. Unless you want your life to be hell, don't rent from them! more

The apartment is located at 337 Fulton Street.
The apartment has a small bathroom, small kitchen, a bedroom and a medium sized living room. It has hard wood floors, gas stove, dishwasher, plenty of cabinets in the kitchen, and two big closets. There is a laundry room downstairs with two washers ($1.50 per load) and two dryers ($1.00 per load).
We are located more

Just in case someone new reads the previous post, Bayview-Hunter's Point is NOT a wonderful neighborhood. It is SF's WORST and it's a shame that SF just keeps on doing NOTHING about it. I guess they (meaning the SF gov't) thinks no one will look here who is new because it is in such an out of the way area of the city. But the plight of this neighborhood continues and lots of more
