Warrington Apartments

775 Post St # 204, San Francisco, CA 94109

I moved into The Warrington in 1999, at the height of the dot-com craziness. Back then you had to know someone to even get into the building - there was no advertising of any sort. The only way I'm leaving is feet-first. I used to have a house in suburbia and I know more of my neighbors, and have made more friends, in this building than I did in my suburban neighborhood. So much more

Don´t live there. it´s like a madhouse/elderly psychiatric building, crazy tenants, irresponsible manager who tells his assistant to do everything or refer you to the program services people who don´t know management issues. some security issues with questionable visitors of the tenants coming in and out. fire alarm always get set off for no reason. younger tenants knock on your door at night for more

My stay was a great experience. I found the manager Mona to be very helpful. The apartment was beautiful, stainless steel appliances, flat screen TV, new dishes. I was located in the middle of everything, bus line, grocery store. The maid service was very nice, professional. The tenants were nice to me also. I find this place to be a treasure in a old wrapper. I would more

I lived here about a year ago, and even with the strict landlady that was there before, I really enjoyed my stay here. I got along with the first landlady fairly well, though I can understand why others would have issues with her, she was difficult to reach. The new landlady is super nice and very friendly, however. She's just a real person. When I was moving out, more

I have lived at this building for quite a few years, and Leon, who wrote the negative review was fired as I understand it. The new manager is good and the building is fine. more

HORRIBLE! RENTERS BEWARE. These folks are the most useless pieces of crap I have ever encountered. There is a COMPLETE disconnect between the owner of our apartment and AMSI property management, so much so that I have been locked out of my building on TWO separate instances because the front door locks were changed and we were never notified. When confronted, AMSI sent someone over with more

That answer doesn't excuse a landlord from doing the things that were described here. And it is all true. I am a former tenant. Tenants have a right to live in habitable apartment regardless of what their rent is. IT'S THE LAW! Just because a landlord charges low rent, or a tenant can't afford better, does not give the landlord the right to subject tenants to squalor more

Renting with Bernstein Realty was a pleasure. They were easy to reach and timely. They also had many apartment building to chose from which made my budget constraints and taste seem easy to please. When I needed my toilet fixed they came right away and scheduled a time to fit my schedule. The workers even cleaned after themselves which I cannot say about my previous apartment in Chicago. The staff more
