Good place if you're a low-maintenance type of tenant and a male. Unit (at least the one I rented) is in good condition, but no matter how hard you keep it clean, a roach here and there always appears. The building always smells funny too every time you enter it. I believe the reason for the funny smells and roaches is due to the building's structure and everything that usually more

Renting with Bernstein Realty was a pleasure. They were easy to reach and timely. They also had many apartment building to chose from which made my budget constraints and taste seem easy to please. When I needed my toilet fixed they came right away and scheduled a time to fit my schedule. The workers even cleaned after themselves which I cannot say about my previous apartment in Chicago. The staff more

Think about it.. elevator breaking down ALL the time while elderly people live on the top floor and cannot get up and down the stairs extremely RUDE employees.. especially those receptionists. I have been a corporate tenant multiple times with Trinity management Services and I was expecting to have a better customer service (since I'm a regular with them) when I decided to sign a personal lease for the corporate unit I was living in. It happens that they don't care if you are a good reliable tenant or not, they just want to get the space available to be able to raise the more

I'd never personally encountered genuine EVIL in this world, until I met the owners (-----------------------) of this building. Apart from the difficulty parking in the neighborhood, they are the biggest reason we're happy to have left that otherwise lovely building. more

This apartment is at the busy intersection of Bush and Gough Street. There is a fire station at the top of Bush St. and occasionally there are fire engines blaring their sirens all the way down Bush St. Also, street noise due to buses, motorcycles, and cars. Didn?t get a good night sleep until I moved out one year after my lease ended. The pros is that the apartment manager is quick to respond more

While the apartments in this building are fantastic, the management is insane. There are 2 property managers on site who are quite abusive, especially to the female tenants. The landlord is impossible to reach and hides behind the property managers. Avoid this place at all costs! more

This is a beautiful building with true San Francisco charm, but the management company and resident manager make it not worth it to live there. Difficult to deal with, unresponsive, extremely slow with even the simplest maintenance, and the building is not kept up very well at all (outdated fixtures and electrical wiring, a lot of plumbing problems, unclean common areas, etc).
