Mayflower Hotel Apartment

975 Bush St, San Francisco, CA 94109

This was one of the first places I lived at when I moved to SF. The units were clean, quiet and in a good location on lower nob hill. The staff were SUPER HELPFUL - they even loaned me their laptop so I didn't have to go to Kinko's to look at craigslist.org for a permanent room. Free dsl, free coffee, teas, pastries, breakfast bars in the a.m. A nice little market right more

I was at park merced (418 Garces Drive) for over a month and although the lease holders meant well initially, I was extremely disappointed by their behavior on a daily basis. When I'd tried to sleep, they'd smoke (marijuana and tobacco) inside the house. I've asked them on multiple occassions not to smoke in the house. Despite my kind request, they would continue to act more

The owner is a real nice person and is not a physco....he cares about his tenants safety in a high rise building, making sure everything is earthquake proof and fire proof and even takes care of the housework himself. That is dedication, not physco...
i would rather have a owner who is around than to be missing. The owners are the sweetest people. more

When the places were first built, they were designed for low-income families of ALL nationalities. The front doors were glass, the grounds had grass, the places were beautifully kept and staff was well organized and professional. And everyone knew everyone else. When HUD took over, however, things became worse and neighbors on all sides began calling the places "project more

Warrington Apartments

775 Post St # 204, San Francisco, CA 94109

I moved into The Warrington in 1999, at the height of the dot-com craziness. Back then you had to know someone to even get into the building - there was no advertising of any sort. The only way I'm leaving is feet-first. I used to have a house in suburbia and I know more of my neighbors, and have made more friends, in this building than I did in my suburban neighborhood. So much more

Don´t live there. it´s like a madhouse/elderly psychiatric building, crazy tenants, irresponsible manager who tells his assistant to do everything or refer you to the program services people who don´t know management issues. some security issues with questionable visitors of the tenants coming in and out. fire alarm always get set off for no reason. younger tenants knock on your door at night for more

My stay was a great experience. I found the manager Mona to be very helpful. The apartment was beautiful, stainless steel appliances, flat screen TV, new dishes. I was located in the middle of everything, bus line, grocery store. The maid service was very nice, professional. The tenants were nice to me also. I find this place to be a treasure in a old wrapper. I would more

I lived here about a year ago, and even with the strict landlady that was there before, I really enjoyed my stay here. I got along with the first landlady fairly well, though I can understand why others would have issues with her, she was difficult to reach. The new landlady is super nice and very friendly, however. She's just a real person. When I was moving out, more

I have lived at this building for quite a few years, and Leon, who wrote the negative review was fired as I understand it. The new manager is good and the building is fine. more
