Been living here for a few years, can't find a better place. The hallways smell, the elveator has been broken for 3 weeks, the manager said he doesn't know when it will get fixed. Speaking of the manager, disgusting person, his office smells bad, he's nosy, rude, probably hate women, lazy. There's always -------- water and electricity shut off more

This place has the most amazing view in the city, but that is about all it has. These apartments are "furnished," but you will wind up dropping at least $600 on buying a vacum, cleaning supplies, kitchen stuff (everything sticks to the useless pans they provide) and other basic necessities. When you move out, you're responsible for getting rid of all of that new more

HOLY CRAP - run! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! ONE THIRD OF THE BUILDING IS RENTED TO EX-CONS FROM A HALFWAY HOUSE! That sums it up, completely. But, for your sake, and for the sake of so many others considering this place as a possible residence, all ye who enter here are damned for all eternity! Read on, brave more

Aside from the good location (close to Van Ness, Polk, Whole Food and Lafayette Park) there is no reason to recommend this building.

The outside is covered in grafitti. The building is located on a noisy street corner. The sidewalks reek with animal an people urine because management is apparantly too cheap to hose them down. Personal possesions and plants clutter up the fire more

Live here if you want bed bugs, you're stuff stolen, and homeless people loitering on the front steps. Run by another corporate management company, Laramar, which is just another incarnation of CitiApartments. I would not recommend this place at all. more
