Pros - Location. You can be at SFO in 15 min if you take a taxi or 30 min if you take BART. (Btw, BART station is around the corner) ALL the best street festivals take place within couple of blocks including Bay to Breakers. Walking distance to: Movie Theather, AT&T stadium, Ferry Building, BART Station, EVERYTHING good in San Francisco - Staff: Concierges are ALWAYS helpful more

I loved living at Argenta, and only left the building because of job relocation outside of California. The staff is outstanding (I interacted most with Paul, who is extremely helpful). My apartment was spacious and bright with a beautiful view of City Hall. While there is an appropriate level of street noise given the Market/City Center location, I never heard my neighbors (neither more

I'm 25 years old and I've lived there with my boyfriend for a year in a studio apartment. We had a great experience, the leasing term are more than reasonable for this pricy city, plus they are wiling to work with you on the term to make it the best for you. The management is great, especially Zuzanna! I had a very good time with them plus the 24h security guards are all very more

Ever since the management changed the quality of life here became more difficult. Pet owners complaining, our special mail service that made life easier for us to pick up our packages after hours was taken away, Parking is becoming unavailable. They still haven't fixed my deck after two years. etc, etc, etc... more

I have recently moved in to Fillmore Center and I believe that Fillmore Center is one of the best location and nice apartments in San Francisco. The Fillmore center has a very quiet and nice neighborhood as well as easy access to the downtown. I have been living in SF more than 5 years and Fillmore Center is the best apartment to me so far. I love the washier and dryer in-built and also quiet more

I had to file a police report against the "landlord", Joe, at Sakura Apartments as a result of threats against me. Furthermore, I have a video of the "landlord", Joe, screaming at me on video which I have put online. more

Of the larger management companies I have had to deal with, these guys are definitely amongst the worst. Long story short: They are unpleasant to deal with, do not respect tenant's privacy (they enter your place with no prior notice) and they keep half the deposit for no reason whatsoever (I spent 2 hours cleaning my 400 sq. ft. studio and still got charge $250 by them for cleaning more

Villages at Treasure Island on Palm Ave

410 Palm Ave, San Francisco, CA 94130

Okay, so I lived on treasure island for 2 years. Swore I'd never live there (used to visit a friend who lived there for years) but caved in and rented a place because we got a 3-bedroom dog-friendly place for $1750. The biking/walking trail around the edge of the island was awesome, the views were amazing, I even had seals poke their heads up from the water while walking my dog more

Asked twice already about rental and other fees (information completely missing from their slick website), but no reply from the management. Does not look promising so far. more
