I had to file a police report against the "landlord", Joe, at Sakura Apartments as a result of threats against me. Furthermore, I have a video of the "landlord", Joe, screaming at me on video which I have put online. more

Okay, so I lived on treasure island for 2 years. Swore I'd never live there (used to visit a friend who lived there for years) but caved in and rented a place because we got a 3-bedroom dog-friendly place for $1750. The biking/walking trail around the edge of the island was awesome, the views were amazing, I even had seals poke their heads up from the water while walking my dog more

You will feel very isolated if you move to this part of San Francisco. It might be close to downtown, but it's not quite close enough. That is, you still have to go through lots of seedy parts of SOMA to get between the financial district and back to Avalon. Second, there are no real options as far as affordable restaurants go, and you can only go to Panera Bread so many more

I have lived here for many years. Have seen a few acquisitions over the years - some good, some bad. Overall since Avalon has appeared on the scene, the building and staff have all been professional and most friendly....They have really spruced things up in both buildings and in process of upgrading units that become vacant. Wiesh they would do mine - but that would incur a new pricing more

Asked twice already about rental and other fees (information completely missing from their slick website), but no reply from the management. Does not look promising so far. more

Very Disapointed !! I have lived here for almost a year and believe me once my lease is up I will be out and on to a better place than this-thank god just one more month. All I say is BEWARE! Their pics might look good and nice but overall this really isn't a nice place to live. Bugs, bugs, spiders everywhere! We are talking bugs and spiders around your door frame....... a lovely site more

Don't rent here. Save yourself the trouble. Inaccurate description online. Staff very unhelpful, poorly maintained, and expensive. Plus they will find very which way to rip you off. Stay away from this place and any place owned or run by trinity management. more

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! I would imagine this score is about to change. They just had a massive water leak, forcing much of the building to leave while they tore up floors and walls. In the process, they uncovered asbestos and mold from previous water issues. These things happen, and that is just a part of life... but property management could not have handled it worse. These are really horrible more

It is impossible to get maintenance to fix ANYTHING! Thankfully our lease is up because they have mold issues that they try and cover up with your "new paint job!" I can't stand NEGLIGENCE from management so do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else! more

We lived at this apartment for 18 months, and i would say for the rent charged, it has not been worth it. I think we had a lot of health problems (i.e. colds, coughs, headaches, etc.) because there is poor circulation in the apartments and because the apartments are so warm. Also, they raised the amount/month on parking, which is ridiculous! As if they were not more
