If you plan on moving to San Francisco, your moving to an area highly populated by young asian boys, 16-24, who drive these rediculous looking Honda Civics with oversized "fart can" exhausts that you can hear buzzzzzzing from miles away like a runaway lawn mower.

Besides all the problems people have mentioned on here, I'm surprised no one mentioned the "noise more

Parking can be limited in certain neighborhoods. I live in a 4 bedroom unit but we are only given 2 parking passes ($20/month each). However, parking enforcement is rarely done. Noise is my major concern. I don't have to worry about traffic because I live on a dead end street. I live in an old building that was meant for the military, not renters. The walls are very thin. I lived there for over 20yrs. and they are slum lords!!!!! if you don't snitch or sleep with the staff you get harrased. They allow people to sell drugs and run ----- houses on the property.. more
