as a homeless resource center the staff is basically lazy and one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. your on your own when it comes time to look for an apartment because they only recommend sro's. mind you, the railton is located at turk and jones better known as "pill hill" for the quality and quantity of drugs. the sro's they TRY to place you in are only half more

Do not move here, unless you want to deal with the residue, that clings like bad pollution, of crack addicts, and weirdos. The manager, "Brian," does not get anything done he promises. I had to ask three times for a simple task, and he refuses to budge. I mean, why pay your hard-earned money here? Forget the street noise...get a building with a decent more

I lived here for 3 years from 1997 - 2000. I had on of the rooms with the oly window looking out onto the central shaft. This was piled high ith trash. There was a constant problem with mice and roaches and a pest control person came evry month to spray the room. On one occasion he informed me that the building was totally infested and the mouse and roach problem could only be slightly controlled. more

Please, do yourself a favor and avoid renting at this building. The property management was taken over by Laramar, which is better than Citi Apartments / Trophy Properties, but not by much - sort of like the improvement of getting hit in the head with a ball-peen hammer after being hit with a sledge hammer. Peter, the building manager, and his wife (the building co-manager ha more

Van Eddy Apartments

The owner of this place is out of control along with the onsite manager. The building is not upkept in anyway. Apartments are cosmetically touched up when someone moves. When something does need to actually be fixed the work is shoddy and very rearly completed. In 5 years nothing was replaced and the bathroom wall rotted out due to a persistant water leak. more
