The staff is obnoxious. Especially the pony tailed Dave and the red haired -----. Avoid this place as far as possible. more

Northpoint Apartments

2211 Stockton St, San Francisco, CA 94133

11/01/11 by anonymous:
I've been living in the Northpoint Apartments for almost 6 years (in January). Although I love the location, (close to downtown, Safeway, Trader Joe's and not to mention my job) there are MANY things I dislike about Northpoint. Not only is it pretty much impossible to get in touch with anyone in the management office, (not to mention that calls are almost always put through more

Alamo Square Court

988 Fulton Street, San Francisco, CA 94117

This used to be an apartment building, but it was converted into condominiums in 2006-2007. I lived in this condominium for several years, and it was a nightmare. Don't be fooled by the looks (such as the appliances, and kitchen cabinets). There is a slew of problems with this place. There is noise from multiple sources - neighboring apartments, the walkaways, the more

Central Towers Apartments

455 Eddy St, San Francisco, CA 94109

Not a bad place to live unless you have a problem with the maintenance crew entering your unit while your at work without authorization. They don t seem to do anything or take anything I guess they just want to see your stuff and take a brake to watch TV! more

Fox Plaza (formerly Archstone Fox Plaza, Fox Plaza Apartments)

1390 Market Street, Suite 107, San Francisco, CA 94102

Fox Plaza is a rotting community. It wasn't bad to live in a few years ago, but management's decision to sublet to Community Housing Corp. has transformed it into Archstone-Lehman's ghetto-in-the-sky. Want to get off the elevator to find cigarette butts on the floor, burns in the moulding where they were extinguished, and the overpowering smell of either weed or crack? more

Hayes Valley Properties

Hayes Valley Proporties might as well be called Hayes Valley Glorified Slum Lordes. Property management is next to impossible to get a hold of even when you find out that your building is rodent infested. I have personally witnessed harassment to tenets from Oscar the building manager and the building is hardly ever taken care of. Hayes Vally Properties takes advantage of the high rent prices in more

Keystone Apartments

1369 Hyde St # 16, San Francisco, CA 94109

The apartment was cute but the building manager was unbelievably rude and dismissive. I wouldn't live here again if somebody paid me - he refused to answer emails. If you don't want to fix a problem, fine, but at least have the courtesy to respond. It's not like we were bugging him every month. He got so nasty with me on the phone over a leak in our unit (from the unit above) more

Park West Apartments

1201 Funston Avenue , San Francisco, CA 94122

If you never have any major maintenance problems in your unit, then you will be happy here. They are nice and responsive to minor maintenance. However, they will enter your unit without 24-hours notice and are NOT upfront with information on things that may affect your quality of living. Any bad news, they don't tell you. The staff is very nice, just not transparent if you have more

SoMa Square Apartments (formerly St. Francis)

1 Saint Francis Place, San Francisco, CA 94107

Disgusted by lack of concerns the staff has after they have rented a place. Jim Carey their staff member the most unhelpful/rude one. These people have jobs because of hefty rents tenants pay. All they do is sit in office boss the tenants. more

University Park North (formerly Stonestown Apartments)

295 Buckingham Way, San Francisco, CA 94132

At one time this was a nice place to live - quiet, well cared for including the laundry rooms and halls but no more! There was a great grocery store across the St at the mall along with a bakery, bookstore, drugstore and cleaners. All of this has changed in the last 7 to 8 years - especially since SF State University took the complex over for student housing. At this point, this more
