Okay, if your in your twenties, fresh out of college, and just got that new professional job and arent looking for the "dream home" or wanting to live in the "the places to be at" in SF. YOu just want to live in a safe affordable place close to trasportation so your new boss (whom your sure hates you already) wont fire you. I digress, move here. I lived here more

Adequate for the price in SF, but you're so removed from the city which questions if you're considered in the city at all... except in technicality. The unit and building is completely 70's. The recently replaced the carpet in the common areas which were very needed. However, my unit in itself is large for one person with ample closet space and square footage. I have 2 more

The onsite manager is excellent. Since she lives in the building, she keeps it clean and as secure as possible.

Nearly all of tenants are clean, responsible, quiet people of all races, creeds, nationality and sexual orientation. The best of San Francisco.

Within walking distance to the Financial District.

Alexander Residence

I lived there under several management companies, and over a dozen managers. Each manager brought their own style of work or avoiding to work with the tenants and staff. In the majority of time the staff worked very hard and was paid minimum wage. Most of the time all the staff positions were filled, but sometimes with temporary desk clerks it was hard to get them simple thing like opening more

Baycrest Towers

201 Harrison Street, San Francisco, CA 94105

On a scale of 1-10, I would give BayCrest a 8. The only reason it is not a 10 is the residential service manager is a ---- and the gym and pool close too early. Very clean, very well-maintained and great customer service from other employees. Especially the night watchmen. I'm sure nobody ever notices these guys because they work while we're all sleeping, but I leave for work more

I lived in the Castle Apts for 1.5 years 2006-end of 2007. The most impeccably maintained building you could imagine--the trash area was so clean, you could have thrown a dinner party there. My 1 bedroom had 1100 sq. feet and was absolutely beautiful. Historic old building. The Manager, Gene Lynch, was a great guy. Ultimately, I found the price expensive for the neighborhood more

Senior building with mostly Chinese tenants and staff. The social worker, Ell*n nags at or lectures you every time she talks, like she´s your mother or something. Can´t stop prying into your business yet limits what she will do for you if you need her help.

The building Manager, Will*e is great. Very responsive, personable, and kind. Great garden and lobby area (rec room, more
