Mansion Grove Apartments

502 Mansion Park Dr, Santa Clara, CA 95054

Poor, poor management - Very unprofessional, complete lack of courtesy towards residents, and very rude. Sometimes, just flashing a smile makes the person feel good - but folks working in MG leasing office just don't bother. Units themselves are good - no complaints there. But if having to walk to the management office makes you think like - 'No, not again!', then something's more

The Carlyle

4500 Carlyle Court, Santa Clara, CA 95054

If I could rate this complex zero stars, I would. There are several serious difficulties I am currently experiencing with the staff at the Carlyle Court property in Santa Clara, CA. As a resident of almost four years, I am sad to say that I will no longer be recommending this property to anyone. I've been completely disrespected and mistreated on several occasions. If it isn't bad more

I stayed at Balmoral for a little over 3 years and would have stayed longer if life circumstances had not changed. I really enjoyed my peace of mind. I didn't engage a lot with the neighbours, but the ones I met were really nice - I never had any problems with any of them. The neighbours above were really quiet. Balmoral is close to Lawrence Expressway and a Caltrain station, which means more

Summerwood Apartments

444 Saratoga Ave, Santa Clara, CA 95050

The management is horrible! I have been infested with bird mites from the birds that nest in the underground parking structures. Our apartment is on top of where we park our cars. And then the birds nest in the parking areas. And the management is not doing anything to help stop it. It is such a horrible way to live. They are suppose to be there to help you and when they don't do anything it more

Hi All, I may not need to explain anything. Just read my e-mail below to Property Manager. "" Hi, For your information, water has been leaked again 4th time in last 1 year. I am really dis-appointed that no concrete steps had been taken to prevent it happening again. This time water has damped our baggage and clothes inside again. As this water is leaking from bathroom, it is very more

Domicilio Apartments

431 El Camino Real, Santa Clara, CA 95050

I've lived at Domicilio for one year and just signed up for another. It is beyond me who would rate this place anything less than awesome, unless they just had a real unlucky experience which does happen (we're all human!). I'm a very picky person and the people that work there are always friendly, willing to help and polite. The apartment itself is awesome; I have never more

550 Moreland Apartments

550 Moreland Way, Santa Clara, CA 95054

I just moved into this beautiful, well-maintained, mostly-staffed with friendly folks in management. It is one of the better places in the Bay Area. It is worth the price you pay for in terms of space, beauty, quality and location. Can't speak more highly. And now for the downsides: Security: The apartment, even with its security patrol and other security measure has not more

Nantucket Apartments

1600 Nantucket Circle, Santa Clara, CA 95054

06/04/14 by anonymous:
I had lived in my apartment at Nantucket for more than ten years and enjoyed my residency there very much. I decided to move out only because my unit had to be remodeled as part of the apartment community-wide renovation, and I decided to buy a home instead. During my stay there, the shared facilities and grounds were always well maintained. I felt safe in the complex and in my apartment. The more

Hidden Lake Apartments

3375 Homestead Rd, Santa Clara, CA 95051

Terrible place to live. Outside looks great, the inside is falling apart. 'New' hardwood floors were creaky with paint flecks still on them. We only had one knob on the air conditioner, which we had to swap between the different settings. Broken pulls on the lights. We put this in our initial inspection but landlord never acknowledged or fixed the problem. Scratches in the paint more
