La Palma Apartments

2555 Homestead Rd, Santa Clara, CA 95051

We missed La Palma apt. specially the manager, Jess Mendoza. He is very gracious, always with the smiles everytime you bumped on him. He is very accommodating, always at his office early in the morning, totally opposite of the prior manager where we always have to look for him if we need something he is always in his apartment, hardly in the office. The new manager if we have problem with our more

Summerwood Apartments

The management is horrible! I have been infested with bird mites from the birds that nest in the underground parking structures. Our apartment is on top of where we park our cars. And then the birds nest in the parking areas. And the management is not doing anything to help stop it. It is such a horrible way to live. They are suppose to be there to help you and when they don't do anything it more

1599 Warburton Ave, Santa Clara, CA 95050

The staff and management were extremely friendly and hospitable. The apartment was everything I needed. My complains are more about the neighbrohood and the lack of parking. Each unit -- regardless of how many bedrooms it has -- has a single parking space. You can park on the street or at the park across the street, but break-ins are common. In the 6 months I lived at Greenpoint, my car was more

Court Apartments

2636 Newhall Street, Santa Clara, CA 95050

05/31/15 by alirehan:
Summary: Good apartments, extremely rude and unprofessional manager. Not worth living! Apartments are newly renovated and very clean. I was happy with the apartment overall, but the community manager ------ made my stay miserable. I lived there only 4 months and had to break the lease! She's rude, she yells at you and humiliates you and your family over minor stuff. I gave a huge lease more

Alderwood Apartments

900 Pepper Tree Ln, Santa Clara, CA 95051

Lived here for 8 months. Originally leased an upstairs apartment with high ceilings and a lot of light - just like what I wanted. But the apartment was not cleaned and incidentally realized it was infested with FLEAS. Smelled like a wet pet upon move in, and even though I mentioned that within 10 seconds of having the door opened by the property associate, that observation was talked around, and more

Domicilio Apartments

431 El Camino Real, Santa Clara, CA 95050

I've lived at Domicilio for one year and just signed up for another. It is beyond me who would rate this place anything less than awesome, unless they just had a real unlucky experience which does happen (we're all human!). I'm a very picky person and the people that work there are always friendly, willing to help and polite. The apartment itself is awesome; I have never more

550 Moreland Apartments

550 Moreland Way, Santa Clara, CA 95054

I just moved into this beautiful, well-maintained, mostly-staffed with friendly folks in management. It is one of the better places in the Bay Area. It is worth the price you pay for in terms of space, beauty, quality and location. Can't speak more highly. And now for the downsides: Security: The apartment, even with its security patrol and other security measure has not more

Hidden Lake Apartments

3375 Homestead Rd, Santa Clara, CA 95051

Terrible place to live. Outside looks great, the inside is falling apart. 'New' hardwood floors were creaky with paint flecks still on them. We only had one knob on the air conditioner, which we had to swap between the different settings. Broken pulls on the lights. We put this in our initial inspection but landlord never acknowledged or fixed the problem. Scratches in the paint more

Nantucket Apartments

1600 Nantucket Circle, Santa Clara, CA 95054

06/04/14 by anonymous:
I had lived in my apartment at Nantucket for more than ten years and enjoyed my residency there very much. I decided to move out only because my unit had to be remodeled as part of the apartment community-wide renovation, and I decided to buy a home instead. During my stay there, the shared facilities and grounds were always well maintained. I felt safe in the complex and in my apartment. The more
