Bad Management, Old Apartments
I should have know when I moved in that the experience was going to be bad. <br>When I bought my certified check in the amount that was on my lease, the management told me that I would have to pay an additional $25 for utilities. <br>About 18 months later, the management staff played another trick on me when I signed a new lease. I was told that I would not pay for utitilies. Guess what? I now get a bill for water and gas. <br>All the negative postings regarding the management are accurate. <br>They do not take action on complaints. <br>I had a dead bird outside of my apartment for weeks. I have been looking at my downstairs neighbor´s shoes outside of the apartment for over three months. Complaints to the office were made and the shoes are still there. In addition, there is a collapsible shopping cart and dolly that I have the unfortunate pleasure of looking at each time I enter and I exit my apartment. <br>I had to beg for my last rent reduction. <br>I plan to move out as soon as I can.Share This Review
