Torrance Garden Apartments

Great Apartment & Very Rude, Unprofessional Manager (Note: Overall Star Reflects the Manager) The apartment unit was good and nice. There was no air conditioner though. Summer was quite hot inside the unit (even my portable air conditioner took a while to cool down the bedroom). The complex was quiet. If you enjoy walking, you would love this apartment. The ground area was well maintained with more

I have lived here for 7 years now, and to say this place has been through some changes would be the understatement of the decade! Here's what the trend has been recently: 1) Amenities are always spotless 2) The select few "nightmare" neighbors/tenants seem to be moving out!!! On behalf of all the great tenants here....Yayyy! 3) Prices are going up, but you know what, it's more

here vanessa ,the manager, and the lady ,alma Garcia ,have a very bad attitude with young boys and children under 18 years more than 4 people who live here have been insulted by alma and vanessa for no reason. And the supervisor and everyone don't do anything to stop the manager and alma the housekeeping lady of the tennets of this building. and every time you complain about her more

Spencer Arms Apartments

3634 Spencer St # 121, Torrance, CA 90503

08/12/14 by anonymous:
Spencer Arms is unnecessarily over priced! The building is old and as soon as you walk it, you smell a foul, moldy odor. No dishwasher, old stoves and fans, units are super hot and no cross ventilation, entrance isn't gated and so, no sense of security. parking isn't gated, parking spaces are so small and can barely fit a small car. Yet the Manager Barbara keeps hiking the rent, for no more

We We have not left the pool since we moved here, and being so close to the beach for the summertime is awesome. Our apartment is perfect for us and our dog! We recently started taking advantage of the tennis courts and gym! Who more

I have lived here for 2 years now and I really like it. The living room and kitchen are on the small side but the bedrooms are nice size and besides, I knew that when I signed the lease! The Management at this time are wonderful and so very nice. They always say hello to all tenants they see and they act as quickly as they can to get any problems you may have fixed. For those who have more

Kings Villa

My husband and I have lived here for about 10 months now. All things considered, we have been very happy here! The rent is reasonable, it's a gated complex (even though the front door is often left open by tenants for their friends), and we have two parking spaces--one covered and one uncovered. We also love that it's in a safe location in close proximity to the beach, more

Madison Park Apartments

I moved in on March 15, 2013. OK, the buildings are 43 years old, but to find an almost 1200 s.f. apartment that would allow my cats for $1395 (plus pet rent) it's the best deal in Torrance. The floorplan is interesting enough so that I don't feel like I'm living in a series of little boxes. The apartment is centrally located and close to Target, Ralphs and Madrona more

I am so happy that I choose Palermo as my home! The office staff of Aida and Kelly are so nice and have always been helpful since the beginning. The maintenance staff cannot be beat..I've lived at many other apartment places and they always take long to get work order done. But Hugo, Victor, and Silvia actually get things done around here! Even though there are a lot of dogs..the more
