Copa Triana Apartments

3711 W 230th St # 100, Torrance, CA 90505

03/06/14 by anonymous: Management personalities are nice but they are not bright. Dealing with them has proven difficult. I'm hoping that by ignoring them and having no issues with the apartment that living here will be "ok" and worth the current headache. more

Casa Grande Apartments

3649 Garnet St, Torrance, CA 90503

10/10/14 by apn31797: I lived here for almost an year and faced so many problems. The leasing staff is not cooperative. Maintenance is poor and first response takes an incredible amount of time. Apartment was filthy when I moved in and they never listened to my queries after I moved it. If you are planning to move here....please give it another thought!! more

Villa Verde Apartments

3950 W 226th St # 17, Torrance, CA 90505

10/23/14 by anonymous: I haven't been here long and I already dislike this complex. Its NEVER quiet, there's always some construction going on. Maintenance is always very friendly and helpful. The laundry door is keypad that is very difficult to open (have to hold down numbers all at once). Managers don't come in until 10 everyday, had to wait half the day just to get a hold of them. The counter tops are more

Il Pompeii

05/31/14 by anonymous: here vanessa ,the manager, and the lady ,alma Garcia ,have a very bad attitude with young boys and children under 18 years more than 4 people who live here have been insulted by alma and vanessa for no reason. And the supervisor and everyone don't do anything to stop the manager and alma the housekeeping lady of the tennets of this building. and every time you complain about her more

Torrance Garden Apartments

2039 Artesia Blvd, Torrance, CA 90504

11/06/13 by thriftyicecream: From the street the building looks ho-hum. Inside around the grounds the area is well kept with lots of trees, plants, and grass. At nice, with the walk ways lit up it looks really nice. The residents are very nice and I haven't experienced any noise issues. Parking isn't bad. We have a 2 bedroom and it comes with 1 assigned parking and one first come first served spots. more

Spencer Arms Apartments

3634 Spencer St # 121, Torrance, CA 90503

08/12/14 by anonymous: Spencer Arms is unnecessarily over priced! The building is old and as soon as you walk it, you smell a foul, moldy odor. No dishwasher, old stoves and fans, units are super hot and no cross ventilation, entrance isn't gated and so, no sense of security. parking isn't gated, parking spaces are so small and can barely fit a small car. Yet the Manager Barbara keeps hiking the rent, for no more

05/18/14 by MikeyMike626: I love it here! My fiance and I just moved to this area, and we are so happy to have found Milano! The staff is great and friendly-and always willing to help out. We We have not left the pool since we moved here, and being so close to the beach for the summertime is awesome. Our apartment is perfect for us and our dog! We recently started taking advantage of the tennis courts and gym! Who more

Kings Villa

4208 Sepulveda Blvd, Torrance, CA 90505

05/05/13 by lmw0002: My husband and I have lived here for about 10 months now. All things considered, we have been very happy here! The rent is reasonable, it's a gated complex (even though the front door is often left open by tenants for their friends), and we have two parking spaces--one covered and one uncovered. We also love that it's in a safe location in close proximity to the beach, more

Madison Park Apartments

23135 Madison St, Torrance, CA 90505

08/06/13 by k8baldwin: I moved in on March 15, 2013. OK, the buildings are 43 years old, but to find an almost 1200 s.f. apartment that would allow my cats for $1395 (plus pet rent) it's the best deal in Torrance. The floorplan is interesting enough so that I don't feel like I'm living in a series of little boxes. The apartment is centrally located and close to Target, Ralphs and Madrona more

4315 West 182nd Street, Torrance, CA 90504

05/12/14 by TRMclan: I am so happy that I choose Palermo as my home! The office staff of Aida and Kelly are so nice and have always been helpful since the beginning. The maintenance staff cannot be beat..I've lived at many other apartment places and they always take long to get work order done. But Hugo, Victor, and Silvia actually get things done around here! Even though there are a lot of dogs..the more
