This used to be a great place to live. Reasonably priced for an older non-updated property, great management and maintenance! Now, not so much! 7 managers in 4 years. Lately, management picks and chooses what parts of our leases they choose to enforce. It used to be that there was one parking permit issued per apartment. If you had more than 1 vehicle, one vehicle was allowed to park up in front of the building (where it was marked for permit parking only) and other vehicles were parked out in common parking spaces. Then, all spaces marked for permits only went away and residents started parking multiple vehicles up front. Some "residents" own 3, 4, 5 or more vehicles and try and park them up front. If their buildings spaces are taken up, they park in front of their neighbors buildings. If you work late, you may be walking at night from the back of the property where lighting is horrible. If you are disabled, your parking spaces (all 3 of them) are located at the front of the property. If you live at the back of the property, forget it! You get to walk. In some buildings there are as many as 4 apartments with disabled residents...guess where they get to park? Our wonderful (and I mean that sincerely) maintenance team consists of one woman...the maintenance supervisor. No helpers, no groundskeeper, no housekeepers! She is constantly on the run...turning apartments for new lessees, consistently taking care of maintenance requests in a timely manner and doing it right the first time as well as cleaning all the common areas within the buildings and trying to keep the grounds clean (not an easy task with lazy, uncaring residents). They are running the woman into the ground and if they are not careful, they are going to lose the best maintenance person this place has ever seen.
