NEVER CONSIDER VILLAGE / "BLUE SKY LOFTS"
DO NOT LIVE HERE!! The management is incredibly unprofessional and uncooperative. You getļ»æ notes on your door frequently saying you need the apartment spotless for inspection the next day. Incredibly stupid receptionists who don't help at all. This property is overpriced for the very lowā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I like the place
The location is great. You can walk to Sprouts as to several chain restaurants, although the bus is at the corner if you don't want to. The maintenance people are top notch. I do laundry weekly and have never had a problemā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Don't live at the village. Just Don't.
The management is incredibly rude, they have their nicest employee show the apartments so they can con you. They want your money for anything and everything- i got charged 50 dollars for having cigarette butts on my PORCH, and two of my friends got chargedā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Maybe.
I had to find a place quickly, so these apartments were the only ones I looked at and signed right away. Positives: 1. VERY close to campus. You can probably walk to business/engineering buildings in less than 10 minutes. 2. The grounds are pretty well kept. 3.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Not worth your money or time
I lived here for a year and the units are incredibly tiny, walls are thin, everything is old and when I moved in I swear the apartment was not even re-painted. You can barely fit a full size bed in one of the bedrooms becauseā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Complete scam
If you are ready to move in the manager (jakie) will act like your best friend, but when you leave it is a different story. This apartment has to be the worse place to live, in the Boulder area. The manager has noā¦Ā See More >J_mj

Not bad
I lived here for two years, which is saying a lot given the fact that I can't stand staying in one place for more than a year.

The facts are:

1.) The apartments are very small and over priced BUT

2.) Very close to CU campus &ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Too expensive
I have not enjoyed living here. There is nowhere to park, if you have two cars only one can park in the lot. And if you park in the lot, it's almost gauranteed that sonemone is going to hit you.

The constructionā¦Ā See More >Berrones

too expensive for what you get
When I first moved in, I was excited about renting here. ItĀ“s very close to CU campus, and I was told that the atmosphere was quiet. However, the walls are thin and my neighbor was extremely loud. I had a second floorā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Much Too Expensive For Much Too Little
This place has a very nice facade... but the apartments are small with thin walls and no A/C (particularly bad because most apartments have one window/patio and the front door, so no circulation without losing your privacy). The on-site manager is slow to actā¦Ā See More >anonymous

HORRIBLE LANDLORD
When I came to the Village apartments I had a great landlord. Then unexpectly another one came. This landlord is horrible! I am usually not one to complain, but I have been in the landlordĀ“s office several of times to inform them of my concerns.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Great place - and very close to campus
I searched long and hard, and this place canĀ“t be beat. Incredibly well-kept grounds, including a jacuzzi. A 5 minute bike ride to the center of campus. Quiet for the most part. No parties allowed, though. Management is excellent. Downsides are that the apartments areā¦Ā See More >East Campus Village
