My lease is up next week and I could not be happier and more excited!!! This past school year living here has been absolutely miserable! The R.A.'s here (with the exception of two) are extremely rude and treat you as if you are only 15 years old and they are above you. My air conditioning is constantly broken, my toilet stops working at least once a day ( I am not exaggerating). I keep my more

Avoid this place unless you are looking for something ghetto. The half --- fix ups can be seen all over the complex. They fill potholes with rocks, instead of doing the job right. They just open the pool and now are threatening to close it since residents are not following the rules. That alone should tell you the type of residents that live there 'trouble makers.' The billing manager is more

i have liven in apartments for over ten years now, and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. These apartments are old and in a very sketchy neighborhood. the dishwasher backs up into the sink, the tennis courts have no nets and people just take there dogs out and dont clean up after them. they pay for your cable but thats only if the cable hook ups actually work in your room. the more

This apartment was a spilt second decision based on a job offer over the summer a year ago. I needed a place to live within a week coming from the East coast and they had an opening. That being said, an emergency on my part and their vacancy leads me to be as objective as possible with this review. The biggest thing when looking at this place is you need to know/understand/be able to ignore more

Ballpark Lofts

I've lived in Ballpark Lofts for nearly 4 years. I almost didn't move here simply because of the online reviews. I was very hesitant. I'm glad I didn't follow those. Did I luck out in my experience? I don't know. Maybe. I've never had an issue with the mgmt. Matter of fact, last September a pipe burst and damaged over 20 units. Full on waterfall for 2 hrs in my more

When I left community I was charged with heavy amount which seems very small issue, in that way i feel Management is not honest. When I question why charges are so high they never respond. We did complain about more

I have lived here for about a year and a half and I for the most part I really do love it! I do have a few complaints, but there are always going to be complaints about something no matter what apartment one chooses. Apartments are noisy and you share a lot of common space. The noise isn't too bad - I do wish people wouldn't leave their barking dogs on their balconies though. That has more

I'm a native to Colorado and these are apartments are old, ghetto and are going for 900 for a 1 bedroom with no central A/C! Also the POOL Is always closed!!!!! Why have a pool and also they have no furniture at the pool. So be prepared to bring your own chair!!! more

I asked office worker that do I pay old rate or new rate, office worker tell me that I don't owe rent for April. Two days later, I went back to ask that same worker again about what rate to pay, the worker said that he can't look in the computer program for the rate cause it's broken. After 1 year lease, this is the only time Ever late on payment because office/accounting more
