I lived at The District between January of 2010 and March of 2013, I enjoyed living there, but I did feel that it was overpriced, as I was living in a studio apartment ( I believe that the square footage was 500 ish) and my rent went from the mid $600's to near $800 in that time frame. That said I understand that the price is due in part to the added amenities in the area, next more

My experience so far with the manager has been fantastic. Any time I call they pick up the phone and have never missed any appointments we have set. I will be moving in tomorrow and have viewed the property 3 times before the move. The hallways are clean, bright and nice. My unit will be a fantastic place for my dog and myself with Governors Park 1/2 block away, Cherry Creek Pathway just more

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Absolutely miserable. Heat NEVER works and management is disrespectful and unresponsive to issues. It is currently mid-40s inside most apartments in the building. Yes, mid-40s. Great location but since you won't be able to stay in your apartment in the winter, it's not worth it! more

The Kensington is excellent. Don't let some of these reviews lead you to believe otherwise. Yes it's older and not as nice as what you'd find in Uptown, Ballpark or LoHi, but that's reflected in the price. Most of the apartments are updated in some way, typically with tile (some with bamboo floors), and the apartments themselves are big with huge balconies. more

Great location, friendly residents, and sociable building, but, the quality of life in the building and in the surrounding neighborhood have significantly decreased. And yet we still get significant rent increases. We are repeatedly told this is because of "the market". However, this building is no longer on par with "the market" which cannot be simply based on its location. We more

I have lived here many years. The staff is great and always willing to assist when I need help. Items requiring maintenance are addressed immediately. The grounds and building are well kept. The pool is very well kept in the summer. I would recommend living here to anyone looking. more

Management is terrible. Yes Jan Edleman, I'm talking about you. Not trustworthy, rude and unconcerned with how they conduct business. Do not live in any Stokes and Company buildings! more

Moving into Water's Edge was my first time moving out and I found it to be an excellent and easy transition. I felt that the property and the staff has helped and is very professional. Moreover, I have not ran into any problems or issues since moving and living at Water's Edge and enjoy the timely and professional upkeep of the property. Lastly, I highly enjoy the neighborhood and more

I lived here from 2011-2014. For the most part, I was very pleased. It is relatively clean, well-kept, and safe. It is also in a great location. Apartments are quiet, and you are not able to hear noise from your neighbors. That being said, beware the new management, particularly the gentleman named Bobby. Upon move out, after 3 years of living there, I was gouged on my security deposit for more
