I lived here from 2011-2014. For the most part, I was very pleased. It is relatively clean, well-kept, and safe. It is also in a great location. Apartments are quiet, and you are not able to hear noise from your neighbors. That being said, beware the new management, particularly the gentleman named Bobby. Upon move out, after 3 years of living there, I was gouged on my security deposit for more

High Country House is an exceptional value we highly recommend to anyone seeking a prime Cherry Creek location. The management change a few months ago has made a significant improvement to our experience as residents. David Torres, the new community manager, immediately made it a priority to address the issues, concerns and needs of the residents. In addition, he has already made substantial more

Don't rent here. Don't rent D421 if you want cable in your bedroom. Appliances are at least 20 years old and break constantly. Dog feces everywhere on grounds. Your electric bill will be 200 in summer for a 1br because ac unit isn't big enough. And to top it off they'll act like they didn't receive your notice to vacate and they'll try to make you pay for a whole more

RUN. It's easy to see the price and give in but it's not worth it. A year of roaches, bed bugs, mold, broken and falling apart appliances, threadbare carpet, etc. I never had a problem with the office staff...until we moved out. That's when they tried to charge us a bunch of ridiculous fees and I found out that nothing I'd talked to the staff about during our more

We just moved out of the Manhattan, since we bought a condo nearby. We lived there for one year, after coming to Denver from out of state. We had a one bedroom den/one bath, on the west side of the building. First, I want to say that we are very, very glad that we chose to rent at The Manhattan. We were in the tower building (which was built in 2004?); the newer building more

Absolutely awful. I am not the type of person to waste my time writing reviews, but this is worth knowing... I pay $1500+ a month for a 1 bedroom apartment that, admittedly, the location is fantastic, but that is about all that is great about The Station. Ever since management switched over, they have miscalculated my rent payments stating I owed more than I should have. They have refused (this more

I moved in here as a Regis University student and did not renew my lease. There are teenagers that wander around the parking lot/outside of the apartments in groups (often times right outside my first-floor apartment window) and once broke part of a tree off near my front door. Kids also wander around unsupervised, which was difficult when I was walking my dog who is not kid-friendly. The more

Absolutely never live here. While the apartments are nice, the management is terrible and scammed us out of over $300. They verbally told us it was refundable and then said that their contract said it was not, and now refuse to give it back. It's not worth any of the amenities of the apartment to deal with the horrible people at the Boulevard. more
