This place sucks! Don't move here!! THE BEDBUG PROBLEM IS OUT OF CONTROL. MANAGEMENT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS. The new management is just as bad as the old. My boyfriend and I moved here in 2014 with promise of a pool, 20 dollar parking, working elevtors , a secure building, and WIFI. None of these promises were met. The pool barely opened last week (we've been here over more

I have to say that I have been looking for an apartment and like the looks of this community. After reading the reviews however, I am scared to death to get into a lease with this corporation. No complex is going to be able to please everybody leasing with them but to have this many really negative comments tells me to continue looking....elsewhere! more

I've been living here about 3 months now. I moved in after a recent divorce and it is my first experience living in an apartment after many years in a single family home. After looking at many apartment options, I chose the District for the location near my work, the quality and floor plan of the apartment itself, and the positive reviews I read about the property. The last point was more

I have lived here from August until now and I have to say the apartment and staff are amazing! I am very fortunate to have staff there that are willing to go above and beyond for their residents. The clubhouse is always nice and clean and the maintenance crew is always fixing something and responsive. I love how responsive everyone is, the staff rarely misses a phone call, and if they do more

Management is terrible. Yes Jan Edleman, I'm talking about you. Not trustworthy, rude and unconcerned with how they conduct business. Do not live in any Stokes and Company buildings! more

Devon Square Apartments

I moved to Devon square from the mountains. It was 160 miles of travel for us to come and look at the units. We decided to move in and Lisa did everything she could to make the move easier for us including starting utility accounts. She really went above and beyond. Since living here they have been very quick to my two very minor maintenance concerns and got them both fixed same day. more

Great location, friendly residents, and sociable building, but, the quality of life in the building and in the surrounding neighborhood have significantly decreased. And yet we still get significant rent increases. We are repeatedly told this is because of "the market". However, this building is no longer on par with "the market" which cannot be simply based on its location. We more
