I have lived at Cavalier Club Apartments for over 2 years and I can truly say I have never lived at a worse place. The units itself are quite nice and clean, however in the summers the pool is closed over half the time, the maintenance team is not consistent with getting their requests done in a timely manner and the management is terrible. I would not recommend living here as long as Sara and Ray more

I have been living here for a little over a year. I love my apartment. Maintenance issues are addressed immediately and promptly. Management is super cool. Its adjacent to virtually everything and now since they are building a bike ramp way that starts in front of the building that can take one right over the 25 fwy into the train/bus station is super cool. The community is perfect for me close more

High Country House Apartments

High Country House is an exceptional value we highly recommend to anyone seeking a prime Cherry Creek location. The management change a few months ago has made a significant improvement to our experience as residents. David Torres, the new community manager, immediately made it a priority to address the issues, concerns and needs of the residents. In addition, he has already made substantial more

Sienna at Cherry Creek

Don't rent here. Don't rent D421 if you want cable in your bedroom. Appliances are at least 20 years old and break constantly. Dog feces everywhere on grounds. Your electric bill will be 200 in summer for a 1br because ac unit isn't big enough. And to top it off they'll act like they didn't receive your notice to vacate and they'll try to make you pay for a whole more

Brittania Heights Apartments

RUN. It's easy to see the price and give in but it's not worth it. A year of roaches, bed bugs, mold, broken and falling apart appliances, threadbare carpet, etc. I never had a problem with the office staff...until we moved out. That's when they tried to charge us a bunch of ridiculous fees and I found out that nothing I'd talked to the staff about during our more

The Manhattan

1801 Bassett Street, Denver, CO 80202

We just moved out of the Manhattan, since we bought a condo nearby. We lived there for one year, after coming to Denver from out of state. We had a one bedroom den/one bath, on the west side of the building. First, I want to say that we are very, very glad that we chose to rent at The Manhattan. We were in the tower building (which was built in 2004?); the newer building more

Regis Place

4703 West 52nd Avenue, Denver, CO 80212

07/13/12 by anonymous:
I moved in here as a Regis University student and did not renew my lease. There are teenagers that wander around the parking lot/outside of the apartments in groups (often times right outside my first-floor apartment window) and once broke part of a tree off near my front door. Kids also wander around unsupervised, which was difficult when I was walking my dog who is not kid-friendly. The more

The Boulevard

150 West 9th Avenue, Denver, CO 80204

09/17/13 by anonymous:
Absolutely never live here. While the apartments are nice, the management is terrible and scammed us out of over $300. They verbally told us it was refundable and then said that their contract said it was not, and now refuse to give it back. It's not worth any of the amenities of the apartment to deal with the horrible people at the Boulevard. more

Car break ins! Bad Apts. Horribly overpriced for an apt.with NO insulation! Noisy heater. Was lied to about upgrades, carpet was NOT new, just tell you anything so that you rent. Lease is a nightmare without any clause to BREAK IT should your company move you,or you get sick. Horrible management and office could care less once they have your $$$.Steps to 2nd floor unsafe, car more
