Sienna at Cherry Creek

1939 S Quebec Way, Denver, CO 80231

Don't rent here. Don't rent D421 if you want cable in your bedroom. Appliances are at least 20 years old and break constantly. Dog feces everywhere on grounds. Your electric bill will be 200 in summer for a 1br because ac unit isn't big enough. And to top it off they'll act like they didn't receive your notice to vacate and they'll try to make you pay for a whole more

The Manhattan

1801 Bassett Street, Denver, CO 80202

We just moved out of the Manhattan, since we bought a condo nearby. We lived there for one year, after coming to Denver from out of state. We had a one bedroom den/one bath, on the west side of the building. First, I want to say that we are very, very glad that we chose to rent at The Manhattan. We were in the tower building (which was built in 2004?); the newer building more

Regis Place

4703 West 52nd Avenue, Denver, CO 80212

I moved in here as a Regis University student and did not renew my lease. There are teenagers that wander around the parking lot/outside of the apartments in groups (often times right outside my first-floor apartment window) and once broke part of a tree off near my front door. Kids also wander around unsupervised, which was difficult when I was walking my dog who is not kid-friendly. The more

The Boulevard

150 West 9th Avenue, Denver, CO 80204

Absolutely never live here. While the apartments are nice, the management is terrible and scammed us out of over $300. They verbally told us it was refundable and then said that their contract said it was not, and now refuse to give it back. It's not worth any of the amenities of the apartment to deal with the horrible people at the Boulevard. more

Ironwood At The Ranch

11705 Decatur St, Denver, CO 80234

07/01/15 by anonymous:
Since the purchase by Grand Peaks from AMC of Ironwood Apartments at the Ranch, the quality of maintenance, communication, priorities for spending tenant fees, and overall appearance of the complex has significantly deteriorated while rents have escalated to an inflated and not at all based on those at comparable surrounding complexes. Instead of hiring out for shoveling and HVAC work, they use more

Lowry North Apartments

I really like my unit and I really have a good connection with the staff. My apartment is spacious and it feels like home. Parking isn't always available in the parking lot if you come in after 10 or 10:30 pm. But you can park in the housing development on the other side of 11th Ave. Young and noisy people use the hot tubs frequently on weeknights and weekends. Sometimes well past 11pm. more

Westover Gardens

9758 East Colorado Avenue, Denver, CO 80247

I moved into this place about 7 months ago and it is the first place I have EVER considered breaking my contract at. I've lived in some pretty poorly managed facilities, but most of the time I can overlook bad management as long as my apartment is quiet, and I feel safe there. Since moving here I have been harassed and threatened by 3 different people looking for former residents of more

Cedar Run Apartments

888 S Oneida St, Denver, CO 80224

This place is terrible. I hate living here. There's just so much to say... where do I start? My partner and I moved here in August 2012 after we received short notice that we had to leave our last rental. From the outside, this place looked legit. And at $890, it was an affordable, two-bedroom option in a neighborhood we like (but it is not "Cherry Creek" as the management likes to more

1506 South Owens Street, Denver, CO 80232

03/28/15 by anonymous:
We rented a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, which was very spacious for the decent price of $1025. But it's actually a 2 bedroom with a den, and we just placed space dividers in the den to create a 3rd bedroom. All of the rooms are spacious, and the den has a closet, which was very nice. The apartments are older and outdated, and something broke or needed to be repaired almost every month. Our bathtub more

Glenbrook Apartments

9999 E Yale Ave, Denver, CO 80231

This is a corporate establishment. They do not care about you, or your living situation assuming it won't get them sued. I have been here a year and they have new employees every month I walk in to hand them rent, so they must not take care of them either. Rent goes up whenever they can, and I take showers at the gym because the shower here switches from freezing to scalding constantly. You more
