NUVO (formerly Imperial House)

1211 Vine St # 101, Denver, CO 80206

05/25/11 by anonymous: I have been working in the apartment industry for a very long time and even though they got his notice out late, it is still HIS responsibility to know his own lease terms and give the proper notice to vacate, whether it is a 30 day or a 60 day notice to vacate; he signed a binding contract and I always tell people it is their responsibility to know the policies and their contract lease more

Huntington Ridge Apartments

9896 E Louisiana Dr, Denver, CO 80247

09/12/14 by anonymous: I moved into this complex this past Spring, and I have to say, I think this is a great place to live! The property and grounds are well kept, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and when there is a problem, they respond quickly and thoroughly. I think this place is also a great value, with the complex paying water/sewer/trash AND having washer/dryer in each unit. There is literally more

The Apartments At Denver Place

1880 Arapahoe St., Denver, CO 80202

11/12/14 by Verified Resident: Very happy with the apartment and staff. We love living in Downtown Denver. We are happy with the price of our apartment; however, the parking situation needs to be resolved to give this apartment complex a 100 rating. Waiting on management to resolve issue. more

Governor's Plaza Apartments

600 Pennsylvania St, Denver, CO 80203

03/06/11 by snoopymonroe: My experience so far with the manager has been fantastic. Any time I call they pick up the phone and have never missed any appointments we have set. I will be moving in tomorrow and have viewed the property 3 times before the move. The hallways are clean, bright and nice. My unit will be a fantastic place for my dog and myself with Governors Park 1/2 block away, Cherry Creek Pathway just more

Kensington Apartment

999 Ogden Street, Denver, CO 80218

07/27/12 by anonymous: The Kensington is excellent. Don't let some of these reviews lead you to believe otherwise. Yes it's older and not as nice as what you'd find in Uptown, Ballpark or LoHi, but that's reflected in the price. Most of the apartments are updated in some way, typically with tile (some with bamboo floors), and the apartments themselves are big with huge balconies. more

Grosvenor Arms

333 E 16th Ave, Denver, CO 80203

12/09/13 by anonymous: DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Absolutely miserable. Heat NEVER works and management is disrespectful and unresponsive to issues. It is currently mid-40s inside most apartments in the building. Yes, mid-40s. Great location but since you won't be able to stay in your apartment in the winter, it's not worth it! more

Glen Apartments

9600 E Girard Ave, Denver, CO 80231

07/10/13 by anonymous: The Glen apartments are the best apartments around this area. I shopped a couple of apartments before I made my decision and don't regret it a bit. The aparmtment was very clean when I moved in, the ladies in the office are very nice and helpful. so far I had to call for a maintenace request and they were here the same day! The grounds are always clean, pool is clean, and so far I more

Mountainside Village Apartments

1187 S Beech Drive, Denver, CO 80228

08/06/12 by anonymous: We moved in this month and the manager (Janette) has been wonderfully accommodating and professional during our move in. We did have some maintenance problems at move in, but were taken care of in a timely manner. The apartments are located in a quiet area and the grounds seem to be well kept. Neighbors are friendly. We also enjoy the pool/hot tub area! more

07/17/06 by anonymous: Love this loft, it's in a great location, the building was converted to condos in 2005 and has been completely refurbished. more

Colinas Pointe

9757 E Colorado Ave, Denver, CO 80231

09/09/08 by anonymous: In my time at Colinas Pointe, I have encountered nothing but problems. Upon moving in, my apartment had graffiti all over it, there were holes in doors, the brand new carpeting had staples sticking up everywhere, and was not properly laid in many places leaving large flaps of carpet you can lift, the main bathroom smells like urine. After two and a half weeks the property more
