Aspen Gate (formerly Spartan Apartments)

2424 South York Street, Denver, CO 80210

10/11/11 by anonymous:
Aspen Gate is a good choice if you re a DU student that wants a place that is clean and super close to campus. There isn t a fitness room or pool but it s quiet and well managed. I know it s hard to pick an apartment when you just want to know if the managers are honest and the place is clean. Well, these guys are just that. They re the most honest landlords I ve had so far. I moved out more

Camellia House

1235 Grant St, Denver, CO 80203

01/25/15 by aldenco:
I've lived here since 2012; rent prices were competitive with anything I've seen anywhere; only made better with the proximity to downtown. Never seen a pest, not even a spider anywhere even once; I've never seen vermin in, around, or even in proximity of neighboring lots around the property. Safety never an issue. Crime is non-existent. Noise is managed per a stipulation in more

Capitol Heights

1350 Grant Street, Denver, CO 80203

I moved into The Residences at Capitol Heights directly from Chicago. I loved the location and the overall community was very nice and well kept. Street parking in Cap Hill is virtually impossible so I liked the option of paying monthly rent for a garage. There were always spaces available and I felt it was very safe. Moreover what I most liked were the ladies in the leasing office. I have to more

Casa Del Sol Apartments

860 Clermont St, Denver, CO 80220

I will have to agree with who said management can be rude at times and a bit weird, but when you need things to get fixed , the maintenance guys are awesome and will do it. The building is not exactly "trendy" it looks pretty cheesy outside, but the apts inside are actually nice. I have 1 Bed apt and my balcony is awesome to have a BBQ with friends. I have to say I like the more

Kensington Apartment

999 Ogden Street, Denver, CO 80218

07/27/12 by anonymous:
The Kensington is excellent. Don't let some of these reviews lead you to believe otherwise. Yes it's older and not as nice as what you'd find in Uptown, Ballpark or LoHi, but that's reflected in the price. Most of the apartments are updated in some way, typically with tile (some with bamboo floors), and the apartments themselves are big with huge balconies. more

Rio Grande Lofts

1531 Stout Street #100, Denver, CO 80203

I moved to Denver from the Boston area in 2011 to begin a graduate program at UCDenver. I was looking for a safe, quiet apartment in a great neighborhood close to campus, and found all of these at Rio Grande Lofts. Patti, the building manager, is the real backbone behind this operation and she is a tremendously professional and accommodating landlord. Although the units were a bit older, I rarely more

Van Dyke

4280 East Iowa Avenue, Denver, CO 80222

02/13/14 by danielleAhm:
I recently moved in to the Van ---- after visiting a friend here for over a year. What I enjoy is how contained and safe it feels. The floors are quiet and the pool, sauna and steam room are lovely perks. I've seen the cleaning lady clean the common areas many times during my visits and well as seen issues address very quickly. The managers office is open even on the weekends. For more

Mountainside Village Apartments

We moved in this month and the manager (Janette) has been wonderfully accommodating and professional during our move in. We did have some maintenance problems at move in, but were taken care of in a timely manner. The apartments are located in a quiet area and the grounds seem to be well kept. Neighbors are friendly. We also enjoy the pool/hot tub area! more

Diamond at Prospect

3001 Fox Street, Denver, CO 80202

Diamond is a great place to live! It's close to Denver nightlife but just far enough away that it's still quite. I'm a pretty happy camper and don't think I'll be leaving this building for a long time! more
