Kensington Apartment

999 Ogden Street, Denver, CO 80218

07/27/12 by anonymous:
The Kensington is excellent. Don't let some of these reviews lead you to believe otherwise. Yes it's older and not as nice as what you'd find in Uptown, Ballpark or LoHi, but that's reflected in the price. Most of the apartments are updated in some way, typically with tile (some with bamboo floors), and the apartments themselves are big with huge balconies. more

Moving into Water's Edge was my first time moving out and I found it to be an excellent and easy transition. I felt that the property and the staff has helped and is very professional. Moreover, I have not ran into any problems or issues since moving and living at Water's Edge and enjoy the timely and professional upkeep of the property. Lastly, I highly enjoy the neighborhood and more

We moved in this month and the manager (Janette) has been wonderfully accommodating and professional during our move in. We did have some maintenance problems at move in, but were taken care of in a timely manner. The apartments are located in a quiet area and the grounds seem to be well kept. Neighbors are friendly. We also enjoy the pool/hot tub area! more

Huntington Apartments

8223 W Floyd Ave, Denver, CO 80227

The huntington apartments are great!!! they are surrounded by condos and townhouses and three sisters park is right next door. I've lived here for a year already with a roommate and I would still be living here if I was still residing with another person. A one bedroom here is too expensive for just me. But there is a year round pool and valet trash service (25.00$ a month) no exceptions. The more

Colinas Pointe

9757 E Colorado Ave, Denver, CO 80231

09/09/08 by anonymous:
In my time at Colinas Pointe, I have encountered nothing but problems. Upon moving in, my apartment had graffiti all over it, there were holes in doors, the brand new carpeting had staples sticking up everywhere, and was not properly laid in many places leaving large flaps of carpet you can lift, the main bathroom smells like urine. After two and a half weeks the property more

Tabor House

2512 South University Boulevard, Denver, CO 80210

I have stayed here for a long time now. I admit that the apartment is nice and spacious, however there are so many other things that you might be considering before move in. Apartments in the south east side of the buildings have lots lots lots of flies coming in from the window beginning Oct until Apr when the weather is cold. The reason is because the trash dump is just located in the south east more

Mostly on behalf of my two children I will continue to ask management with regard to: -parking garage safety -security doors swinging open, not latching -pool cleanliness, temperature, functionality (I can only clean it so many times myself or ask to have the heat turned up on a weekly basis so my boy with sensory needs can swim with me) -when the recreation room will FINALLY be more
