Very quiet. I have lived here 2 years and work nights and have not had a problem with noise since there are only 1 bedrooms and studios---no kids running around. Maintenance gets back to you in a day or two. I can usually find a parking space without a problem. Units have had counters and windows upgraded. more

The Kensington is excellent. Don't let some of these reviews lead you to believe otherwise. Yes it's older and not as nice as what you'd find in Uptown, Ballpark or LoHi, but that's reflected in the price. Most of the apartments are updated in some way, typically with tile (some with bamboo floors), and the apartments themselves are big with huge balconies. more

I moved to Denver from the Boston area in 2011 to begin a graduate program at UCDenver. I was looking for a safe, quiet apartment in a great neighborhood close to campus, and found all of these at Rio Grande Lofts. Patti, the building manager, is the real backbone behind this operation and she is a tremendously professional and accommodating landlord. Although the units were a bit older, I rarely more

I recently moved in to the Van ---- after visiting a friend here for over a year. What I enjoy is how contained and safe it feels. The floors are quiet and the pool, sauna and steam room are lovely perks. I've seen the cleaning lady clean the common areas many times during my visits and well as seen issues address very quickly. The managers office is open even on the weekends. For more

Diamond is a great place to live! It's close to Denver nightlife but just far enough away that it's still quite. I'm a pretty happy camper and don't think I'll be leaving this building for a long time! more

We moved in this month and the manager (Janette) has been wonderfully accommodating and professional during our move in. We did have some maintenance problems at move in, but were taken care of in a timely manner. The apartments are located in a quiet area and the grounds seem to be well kept. Neighbors are friendly. We also enjoy the pool/hot tub area! more

I have lived here for 6 years, because of the age of the building the walls are thin but other than that its a great place. The staff truly cares and if fun to talk to - all of the staff. the property is clean and well maintained. I would def recommend this place. more

In my time at Colinas Pointe, I have encountered nothing but problems. Upon moving in, my apartment had graffiti all over it, there were holes in doors, the brand new carpeting had staples sticking up everywhere, and was not properly laid in many places leaving large flaps of carpet you can lift, the main bathroom smells like urine. After two and a half weeks the property more
