This place would be okay if they didn't have bedbugs!!!! I've had my apartment treated 5 times nd they are still infested. The extermenitor does not treat all the apartments like he should. I do not recommend living here. Especially with children. more

I lived here for many years, rent was $650 for a 2 bedroom when I moved in, the flowers were kept nicely, the clubhouse was open all of the time, and the maintenance staff was dedicated and competent. In the time that I lived at The Cove, all of that changed. Rent started taking huge jumps, then they started charging for water, sewage and trash, and then they more

I have been mostly happy with this building, but the incessant fire alarms over the past few months have killed my love of the place. At least twice, there were three separate times during the night (between 11pm and 6 am) that the fire alarm went off. That's three times in one night - on separate occasions. I am less bothered by the days that the alarm only went off once during the night. more

This place is awful and Max needs to be fired. He is a rude, pompous ---. He threatens to charge you for maintenance issues that were already a problem before you moved in. He yells at you and cusses you out. He will threaten to kick you out for no reason. I have not had one single complaint against me since I have lived here and have always paid rent on time. We as tenants have rights and Max more

Look up The Courtyard at Cherry Creek for more reviews... (This was their old name) all I can say is three things. 1)Our front door was broken the day we moved in and reported on that day... IT WAS STILL BROKEN when we moved out on out 13th month!!! 2)My car was stolen TWICE!!!! ... Yes take a second to soak it up... TWICE!!! AND to top it off, the second time the property manager (in front of more

Benedict Park Place

I've lived at Benedict Park Place for several years now and for as long as I have lived here, the hot water is off several times a month, every month, for years. This is no exaggeration; the pictures attached were taken at 5:00pm on Nov. 9, 2013, and every floor below this looks the same - large hole cut in wall, large hole cut in ceiling, water stains on the more

Brownstone was OK property management company until I put in my 30 days notice. Once it came time for me to move out, I had until 5pm the last day to be done. Patty at Brownstone called to ask if they could start early, I said no because I had to work that day and needed the full time to totally finish. So she had the cleaning crew start at noon anyway, and I get to my apartment to more

Lloyd's Apartments

899 Washington Street, Denver, CO 80215

Bed bugs are abundant throughout this building. I was forced to move and know of many others who moved. Moving is not cheap - I spent a couple of thousand dollars moving including having to buy a new bed, vacuum, couch and huge dry cleaning bill. The bed bug problems is in the chimneys and in every unit. Maintenance is horrible. I had a broken window for 4 years - I would write a more

Penwood Place Apartments

I loved our apartment here it was such a good deal. I also really like the management. We moved to save money to a smaller place. This apartment is a great deal for the size and the amenities. We had a 10th floor west facing view of the city and the mountains. It was the best view I have ever seen in an apartment in Denver. We paid 855, but it was raised to 880. Still that is cheap for the more

I moved here before Wheelhouse Apartments took over and things have really gone downhill since they've been in charge. Utilities (gas, electric, water) and TV are no longer included in rent, making it much more expensive than before. Some of the units were updated with granite, new appliances, fixtures, etc, but others were not and residents pay the same price not more
