El Castillo Apartments

969 Downing St, Denver, CO 80218

01/23/14 by anonymous: This place is awful and Max needs to be fired. He is a rude, pompous ass. He threatens to charge you for maintenance issues that were already a problem before you moved in. He yells at you and cusses you out. He will threaten to kick you out for no reason. I have not had one single complaint against me since I have lived here and have always paid rent on time. We as tenants have rights and Max more

Denver House

1055 Logan St # 106, Denver, CO 80203

04/30/14 by anonymous: Want BED BUGS?! You're in luck! You can't have pets here but they do allow bed bugs. This is your spot for unprofessional management and cozy little critters that you can sleep with! I have been living here for 2 months with no prior exposure to bed bugs and they claim no responsibility. It's a joke here and gets looking very very cheap after the glow of this "luxury" shit more

Creekside Place Apartments

9189 Gale Boulevard, Denver, CO 80260

01/14/14 by mom2000: I don't get what all the complaints are about. I looked at a lot of apartments before moving here, and could not be happier with my choice! Nobody else in my price range included washers and dryers, and the leasing girl in the office was really nice. Now that management makes us have parking permits, I have no trouble finding a good parking spot when I come home at night, or more

Lloyd's Apartments

899 Washington Street, Denver, CO 80215

08/11/08 by denverkenny: Bed bugs are abundant throughout this building. I was forced to move and know of many others who moved. Moving is not cheap - I spent a couple of thousand dollars moving including having to buy a new bed, vacuum, couch and huge dry cleaning bill. The bed bug problems is in the chimneys and in every unit. Maintenance is horrible. I had a broken window for 4 years - I would write a more

Twin Lake Tower Apartments

8680 East Alameda Avenue, Denver, CO 80231

10/26/13 by anonymous: I do not reccomend this place. It's quite noisy people are yelling at all hours of the night and playing drums. I have a mouse problem that started in June and they won't do anything to stop it. All they did was give me a handful of sticky traps no decon or snapping traps had to buy snapping traps out of pocket. They sticky traps did nothing caught one mouse I now here them squeak and more

19th Place Apartments

240 E 19th Ave # 2, Denver, CO 80203

06/23/13 by anonymous: I moved here before Wheelhouse Apartments took over and things have really gone downhill since they've been in charge. Utilities (gas, electric, water) and TV are no longer included in rent, making it much more expensive than before. Some of the units were updated with granite, new appliances, fixtures, etc, but others were not and residents pay the same price not more

Campus Village

318 Walnut Street, Denver, CO 80204

04/02/14 by anonymous: This place is run like absolute crap! They make you pay $1,1200 a month per person for waking up to cold showers, horrible food (which I have gotten food poisoning from 4 or 5 times), nothing ever gets repaired, they take away all your individual human rights and all the money goes straight into the owners pockets. All the employees who work here are so awesome and do their jobs more

Highline Oaks Apartments

1939 S Quebec Way, Denver, CO 80231

02/05/08 by alesh101: Where do I start? The neighbors are noisy and obnoxious. Ours above have stomped so loudly and hard they have put cracks in our ceiling and walls. The sheriff has been called more than once. I say the sheriff because the after hours security we used to have as Highline Oaks is apparently gone, although there is still a dead option on the after hours message. We had an issue with a broken more

Renaissance Apartments

9100 East Florida Avenue, Denver, CO 80247

09/30/14 by nessica3: Neighborhood on edge of ghetto, apartments are remodeled but not worth the going rent. The office staff is completely incompetent. Phone calls are not returned, nobody can answer a question and when information is provided, it is incorrect. Appalled and outraged by the ignorance of this staff from manager down. more

Highland Crossing Apartments

1909 S. Quebec Way, Denver, CO 80231

01/06/14 by anonymous: office staff is horrible ! don't expect them to fix any of your maintenance issues. you trying to call, and they never answer the phone, and then you go to the office and HOPEFULLY somebody will be in. they will promise you to come and fix it the next day. please !!! not the next day, not the day after...I've been waiting for a maintenance guy for about 15 days now. they always more
