Park One Hundred Apartments

100 Park Avenue West, Denver, CO 80205

The absolutely best view in Denver, bar none! The staff is professional and very helpful. My unit just appraised for $70k more than what I bought it for 8 months ago (I remoldeled for $30k so that's $40k profit!). I ended up buying another unit as an investment property and had no problems renting it. Constant improvements to the property and the fact that half the units are sold, more

Casa Cordova Apartments

15 S Clarkson St # 208, Denver, CO 80209

I lived at Casa Cordova Apartments for 1 year and overall seemed good initially based on the price for Washington Park. However, as I look back at the past year I see the upkeep was below average compared to other apartments I have lived at over the past 14 years. Maintenance was below average. I had one full day in the middle of winter without heat. The heating problem had to be fixed more

My experience so far with the manager has been fantastic. Any time I call they pick up the phone and have never missed any appointments we have set. I will be moving in tomorrow and have viewed the property 3 times before the move. The hallways are clean, bright and nice. My unit will be a fantastic place for my dog and myself with Governors Park 1/2 block away, Cherry Creek Pathway just more

I have been mostly happy with this building, but the incessant fire alarms over the past few months have killed my love of the place. At least twice, there were three separate times during the night (between 11pm and 6 am) that the fire alarm went off. That's three times in one night - on separate occasions. I am less bothered by the days that the alarm only went off once during the night. more

Cypress Point Apartments

1211 S Quebec Way, Denver, CO 80231

I would not recommend Cypress Point Apartments to anyone. My unit itself is decent; however my overall experience of living here has been agonizing. First of all, they advertize a number of amenities (pool, hot tub, fitness center, business center, laundry facilities, etc), yet such amenities are rarely if ever available for tenant use. The hot tub has been broken more

This place would be okay if they didn't have bedbugs!!!! I've had my apartment treated 5 times nd they are still infested. The extermenitor does not treat all the apartments like he should. I do not recommend living here. Especially with children. more

Look up The Courtyard at Cherry Creek for more reviews... (This was their old name) all I can say is three things. 1)Our front door was broken the day we moved in and reported on that day... IT WAS STILL BROKEN when we moved out on out 13th month!!! 2)My car was stolen TWICE!!!! ... Yes take a second to soak it up... TWICE!!! AND to top it off, the second time the property manager (in front of more

Benedict Park Place

2300 Court Place, Denver, CO 80205

11/09/13 by anonymous:
I've lived at Benedict Park Place for several years now and for as long as I have lived here, the hot water is off several times a month, every month, for years. This is no exaggeration; the pictures attached were taken at 5:00pm on Nov. 9, 2013, and every floor below this looks the same - large hole cut in wall, large hole cut in ceiling, water stains on the more

Athenia Apartments

Brownstone was OK property management company until I put in my 30 days notice. Once it came time for me to move out, I had until 5pm the last day to be done. Patty at Brownstone called to ask if they could start early, I said no because I had to work that day and needed the full time to totally finish. So she had the cleaning crew start at noon anyway, and I get to my apartment to more

El Castillo Apartments

This place is awful and Max needs to be fired. He is a rude, pompous ---. He threatens to charge you for maintenance issues that were already a problem before you moved in. He yells at you and cusses you out. He will threaten to kick you out for no reason. I have not had one single complaint against me since I have lived here and have always paid rent on time. We as tenants have rights and Max more
