Cherry Plaza Apartments (formely Felfam Limited)

4550 East Jewell Avenue, Denver, CO 80222

03/22/14 by westonian101:
I highly recommend Cherry Plaza apartments to anyone looking to rent in the area. I have lived here now just over a year, and can honestly say that it is the best managed apartment I've ever lived in. Having lived in over 6 apartments in two states, I feel qualified to make this assessment. The management responds promptly to every complaint without fail. I had a bad neighbor for a more

Metro Apartments

2121 Delgany, Denver, CO 80202

I would like to redact my positive review. The management bribed me and a couple others to write a good review with the promise they'd knock $200 off our rent. They never followed through even after multiple follow ups. That's not the reason for this bad review. Just wanted all to know about what goes on here behind the scenes. All I can say is that the office staff are beyond more

Dayton Crossing

2570 S Dayton Way, Denver, CO 80231

10/28/14 by anonymous:
Not at all a fancy place: the decor is out date and it's bit run down. But everything works, and it's clean and cheap. Great location, too. Most places in this price range are roach-infested hellholes, but I've had no issues here at Dayton. Great bargain. I've never had problems with maintenance or with crime. The worst I've encountered is the occasional noisy neighbor. more

Blake & Allison

1280 S Birch St, Denver, CO 80246

09/19/14 by katy2015:
The manager in the 1240 building on Birch street has a combatant attitude when dealing with the tenants. She operates as a tyrant and very unfriendly. Will not recommend people to rent apt from this company. Very unfriendly landlord I have never seen in my life. more

Lowry Park (formerly AMLI at Lowry Park)

8501 East Alameda, Denver, CO 80230

12/02/14 by jLynJim:
I have lived at Lowry Park for just over a month now. I have only lived in an apartment for 2 years out of the past 25+ so am fairly critical of them. My apartment had been totally renovated prior to my moving in and is lovely. I have had to contact maintenance several times since moving in for things that were overlooked during renovation and have been very happy with the response to date. more

Chestnut Ridge

3655 S Verbena St, Denver, CO 80237

I have lived here for about a year and a half. I have had no issues with the multiple land lords I've seen come through here, but the new one that just started sucks. He's rude and not courteous and is not willing to work with anyone. I currently would not recommend this complex to anyone as long as the new guy is employed. more

Mosaic Apartments (Formerly Fenton Place Apartments)

7100 E Evans Ave, Denver, CO 80224

11/04/14 by simonjen:
I was quite happy with this place until I decided to move out. Yes, there is an occasional roach problem, but that's city living. Maintenance took care of all reported problems. It could sometimes get noisy, but usually things settled down by around 9pm. Things were ok... until move-out time. Apparently, I didn't read my lease closely enough on renewal; they now require 60 more

Skye Crest (formerly Bentley Apartments)

7846 West Mansfield Parkway, Denver, CO 80235

10/03/14 by anonymous:
I'm giving this place one star, because I don't think I can give it 0. You know how if you buy something nice, and don't take care of it, it's not so nice anymore? Well, that's what happened to the Skye Crest apartments, formerly Bentley. The apartment used to be operated by Carmel, which in my opinion is one of the best leasing companies I have ever encountered. more

"Once I made the decision to migrate from my hometown of Detroit I surfed the net for an hour and new this was the home I was seeking. The Boston building was the only community I visited & it's been everything I had hoped for." Brian Downs Denver, CO more

Blueline Properties

1250 S. Clermont , Denver, CO 80246

I am a new resident. So far it has been an excellent experience. New appliances. 24 hour fitness room. Dog park. There was one issue found when doing our move-in inspection and it was fixed the same day. I would recommend living here to everyone. more
