Lloyd's Apartments

899 Washington Street, Denver, CO 80215

Bed bugs are abundant throughout this building. I was forced to move and know of many others who moved. Moving is not cheap - I spent a couple of thousand dollars moving including having to buy a new bed, vacuum, couch and huge dry cleaning bill. The bed bug problems is in the chimneys and in every unit. Maintenance is horrible. I had a broken window for 4 years - I would write a more

I moved here before Wheelhouse Apartments took over and things have really gone downhill since they've been in charge. Utilities (gas, electric, water) and TV are no longer included in rent, making it much more expensive than before. Some of the units were updated with granite, new appliances, fixtures, etc, but others were not and residents pay the same price not more

We are in a major bilzzard. Our cars sit out in the parking lot getting buried. In addition to the rent, the building charges for these parking places. Thank you THE CARRIAGE HOUSE APARTMENTS for tearing down the parking structure and not replacing it, but then why should they? For the most part, only students live here many of whom come from other countries. Students have no real more

Creekside Place Apartments

I don't get what all the complaints are about. I looked at a lot of apartments before moving here, and could not be happier with my choice! Nobody else in my price range included washers and dryers, and the leasing girl in the office was really nice. Now that management makes us have parking permits, I have no trouble finding a good parking spot when I come home at night, or more

Green Leaf Oaks

Worst apartment I have ever lived in. My boyfriend and I moved to CO from the east coast with expectations of what we thought our apartment would look like. Online, they claimed the square footage was actually more than our old apartment but we showed up to find that false. We even had to rent an outside storage unit because our stuff couldn't fit. There was a lot of cosmetic damage when we more

office staff is horrible ! don't expect them to fix any of your maintenance issues. you trying to call, and they never answer the phone, and then you go to the office and HOPEFULLY somebody will be in. they will promise you to come and fix it the next day. please !!! not the next day, not the day after...I've been waiting for a maintenance guy for about 15 days now. they always more

Where do I start? The neighbors are noisy and obnoxious. Ours above have stomped so loudly and hard they have put cracks in our ceiling and walls. The sheriff has been called more than once. I say the sheriff because the after hours security we used to have as Highline Oaks is apparently gone, although there is still a dead option on the after hours message. We had an issue with a broken more

I want to take the time to say how admittedly NOT DOG FRIENDLY this apartment building is. The building/ apartment living is nice and pleaseant and that is a strength - however the 'dog friendly' can really lead one to believe they can have a dog and that will be good, accepted, and welcomed in this facility. Unfortunately this is untrue and the barking that sometimes comes with more

Well, the rating of 17% is quite generous for this place, that's for sure. I HATE THIS PLACE. The manager is borderline violent, getting into tenant's faces but not knocking them out quite yet. Just a matter of time really. Just rude and it is true that some tenants get special treatment. This is just a horrible place to live. DON'T Bring your families here. It's more

I lived there for 12 years or so and seen just about everything that can go wrong, this place used to have good moral aka. Attitude. in management, fixing things and solving issues, back in the early 2000 through 2008 after that there standards of living aka. Expectations care, concern, level of customer service dropped dramaticly, they left just about anyone move in more
