Greentree Village Apartments

1039 S Parker Rd, Denver, CO 80231

This place isn't even worth a $1 per month. I currently live here and I will tell you the only good thing about my apartment is that it doesn't have bugs. Only cause the bugs don't even feel safe or want to live here. more

Hawthorn Apartments

Do not live here if you are at all concerned with your safety. These apartments are not the problem it's the government subsidized apartment building next door that is the problem. Overrun with 20-30 squatters per apartment, using crack and being loud on the porch. Constant drug sale and crime. Dangerous living environment. Hawthorn Apartment is a dump, kitchen barely the size of a more

Lamar Kendall Apartments

1450 Lamar St, Denver, CO 80214

Do not move into these apartments! All these reviews are true, they are infested with bed bugs and cockroaches. The management is completely incompetent and their goal is to nickel and dime their residents. The nastiest slum I have ever lived in. The price is low but it will cost you an arm and a leg to break the lease. I suggest you pay a little more for a decent apartment community. If an more

Lancelot Apartments

This is just my short review (I will be adding much more detail soon to come). DO NOT MOVE to THE RISE (formerly known as Lancelot)!!! It is way over priced, for what? Upgraded appliances that don't even work! We have lived here since September and it has been awful! First our apartment wasn't even finished when we moved in. It took them months to finish our hallways and they look more

Latitude-Forty Apartment Homes (formerly The Regency)

370 East 11th Avenue, Denver, CO 80203

AWFUL, AWFUL experience here. Even after recent renovations, the building is still rather run-down. In the year that I was there, the elevator was out of order for about 5 weeks (an inconvenience to say the least when you live on the 7th floor). The worst part, however, is the awful property management. Pinnacle REM is the most unprofessional PM company that I've ever had the misfortune to more

Logan Manor Apartments

935 Logan St, Denver, CO 80203

I've lived in Logan Manor for about 3 months and when I stumbled upon these reviews I was a little surprised. So here's my experience so far: Pros: I've only seen 1 spider and 1 moth in my room (no bed bugs and no building bug spraying events). The utilities fee is a fixed rate. They allow pets. There is a back alley that you can use for loading/unloading. Usually great neighbors more

Orchard Crossing Apartments

DO NOT LIVE HERE! I was robbed twice in six weeks and broke my lease and moved out. The regional manager said she would waive the lease break fees once I provided the police documentation but because the police reports didn't specifically say my apartment was broken into they are not waiving the fee. (Who am I to dictate to the police how to write their reports?) I also worked for this company more

Sherrel Manor

120 E Grace Pl, Denver, CO 80221

We moved in that dump of an apartment in May of 2010 as the last resort. Whatever you do turn and walk the other way. Sherrel Manor is a horrible place to live. Nothing but cops every night, drug dealers, domestic diputes, neighbors fighting one another not to mention there has been 3 management crews in there with nothing getting better. The wind comes straight into the poor, more

Terra Firma at 1275 Pearl Street

1275 Pearl St., Denver, CO 80203

I visited this apartment which looked cute and cozy. First few months were okay, other than the dryer never drying your clothes which, I made several calls about and nothing was done about it. Half way through my lease these dryers were fixed but then broke again. It's an old building and you can hear everyone and everyone can hear you. Water was shut off constantly for repairs. My a/c and more
