Logan Manor Apartments

935 Logan St, Denver, CO 80203

10/15/13 by anonymous:
I've lived in Logan Manor for about 3 months and when I stumbled upon these reviews I was a little surprised. So here's my experience so far: Pros: I've only seen 1 spider and 1 moth in my room (no bed bugs and no building bug spraying events). The utilities fee is a fixed rate. They allow pets. There is a back alley that you can use for loading/unloading. Usually great neighbors more

Orchard Crossing Apartments

DO NOT LIVE HERE! I was robbed twice in six weeks and broke my lease and moved out. The regional manager said she would waive the lease break fees once I provided the police documentation but because the police reports didn't specifically say my apartment was broken into they are not waiving the fee. (Who am I to dictate to the police how to write their reports?) I also worked for this company more

Sherrel Manor

120 E Grace Pl, Denver, CO 80221

We moved in that dump of an apartment in May of 2010 as the last resort. Whatever you do turn and walk the other way. Sherrel Manor is a horrible place to live. Nothing but cops every night, drug dealers, domestic diputes, neighbors fighting one another not to mention there has been 3 management crews in there with nothing getting better. The wind comes straight into the poor, more

Terra Firma at 1275 Pearl Street

I visited this apartment which looked cute and cozy. First few months were okay, other than the dryer never drying your clothes which, I made several calls about and nothing was done about it. Half way through my lease these dryers were fixed but then broke again. It's an old building and you can hear everyone and everyone can hear you. Water was shut off constantly for repairs. My a/c and more

The Birch (formerly Towns Apartments)

4390 East Mississippi Avenue, Denver, CO 80246

10/23/12 by anonymous:
The Towns is now The Birch Apartments. The management has changed from Carmel Properties to Blue Line Properties. What has not changed is the horrid management. Blue Line has went all out on modifying the appearance of these apartments, while the central problems have not gone away. The majority of the old maintenance crew has not changed since the days that Carmel ran the property. This more

Uptown Square Apartments

The HORRIBLE property manager, Yvette, really ruins what could be a great place to live!! Any time I had a problem the rest of the staff was so nice and accommodating but she was just wretched to deal with. The pool is great if you are looking to spring break EVERY weekend and even on week days/nights. If you live in the pool building be prepared to get NO sleep due to the noise. Also be more

1075 Corona

1075 Corona Street, Denver, CO 80218

During the time I've lived here, Red Peak has taken over management of the building and the change, so far, has been a good one. While there is no onsite manager, service requests are fulfilled in a timely fashion and building rules have been implements (ie. no smoking anywhere in the building). more

The staff in this community could not have been more helpful to me in finding this apartment. I needed to move in quickly because my previous living arrangements fell through and they moved me in quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with this experience. more

805 Dahlia

805 Dahlia Street, Denver, CO 80220

The apartments and the community are attractively outfitted with mostly Ikea appliances and fixtures. The staff are great but some residents continue to smoke (cigarettes and marijuana) despite warnings from the staff. Pool gets loud. more
