Hawthorn Apartments

1540 Logan Street, Denver, CO 80203

Do not live here if you are at all concerned with your safety. These apartments are not the problem it's the government subsidized apartment building next door that is the problem. Overrun with 20-30 squatters per apartment, using crack and being loud on the porch. Constant drug sale and crime. Dangerous living environment. Hawthorn Apartment is a dump, kitchen barely the size of a more

NIGHTMARE. The managers DO NOT ABIDE BY COLORADO STATE LAW. I lived here for one year while attending law school. I rented this apartment site unseen while I was out of the country doing legal work. What a mistake. I drove 1,600 miles to move to Denver and what I found was truly disgusting. When I arrived the apartment was mess. Grime and dirt all over the kitchen. Appliances that were caked more

One of the worst places I've ever lived in. The neighbors are loud at all hours of the night and if you ask them to turn it down or call the police they will wait 20 minutes then turn it up twice as loud. The stairs are rusted and falling apart to the point where you feel unsafe walking up them. If you rent here I hope you only have one car or like to walk because there is very little more

Latitude-Forty Apartment Homes (formerly The Regency)

AWFUL, AWFUL experience here. Even after recent renovations, the building is still rather run-down. In the year that I was there, the elevator was out of order for about 5 weeks (an inconvenience to say the least when you live on the 7th floor). The worst part, however, is the awful property management. Pinnacle REM is the most unprofessional PM company that I've ever had the misfortune to more

Logan Manor Apartments

I've lived in Logan Manor for about 3 months and when I stumbled upon these reviews I was a little surprised. So here's my experience so far: Pros: I've only seen 1 spider and 1 moth in my room (no bed bugs and no building bug spraying events). The utilities fee is a fixed rate. They allow pets. There is a back alley that you can use for loading/unloading. Usually great neighbors more

DO NOT LIVE HERE! I was robbed twice in six weeks and broke my lease and moved out. The regional manager said she would waive the lease break fees once I provided the police documentation but because the police reports didn't specifically say my apartment was broken into they are not waiving the fee. (Who am I to dictate to the police how to write their reports?) I also worked for this company more

Sherrel Manor

120 E Grace Pl, Denver, CO 80221

We moved in that dump of an apartment in May of 2010 as the last resort. Whatever you do turn and walk the other way. Sherrel Manor is a horrible place to live. Nothing but cops every night, drug dealers, domestic diputes, neighbors fighting one another not to mention there has been 3 management crews in there with nothing getting better. The wind comes straight into the poor, more

It has been a nightmare since I moved in here! DO NOT move here! They never answer the phone neeeeeeeeeeever ,The staff are extremely rude, they refuse to fix things that should be fixed. They promise things that they don't follow through on. The noise is loud, you can hear everything the apartment upstairs is doing, including their toilet flushing & shower draining. Even just walking across more

Terra Firma at 1275 Pearl Street

I visited this apartment which looked cute and cozy. First few months were okay, other than the dryer never drying your clothes which, I made several calls about and nothing was done about it. Half way through my lease these dryers were fixed but then broke again. It's an old building and you can hear everyone and everyone can hear you. Water was shut off constantly for repairs. My a/c and more
