The Birch (formerly Towns Apartments)

4390 East Mississippi Avenue, Denver, CO 80246

10/23/12 by anonymous:
The Towns is now The Birch Apartments. The management has changed from Carmel Properties to Blue Line Properties. What has not changed is the horrid management. Blue Line has went all out on modifying the appearance of these apartments, while the central problems have not gone away. The majority of the old maintenance crew has not changed since the days that Carmel ran the property. This more

Uptown Square Apartments

The HORRIBLE property manager, Yvette, really ruins what could be a great place to live!! Any time I had a problem the rest of the staff was so nice and accommodating but she was just wretched to deal with. The pool is great if you are looking to spring break EVERY weekend and even on week days/nights. If you live in the pool building be prepared to get NO sleep due to the noise. Also be more

I would like everyone to know that I NEVER write reviews, I just read them but this place is so terrible, I had to write about it. When my fiance and I first moved in to this apartment, it was gorgeous, and don't get me wrong, they are beautiful from the inside and the outside. Then it happened; bedbugs. So I was sitting on the floor, (we didn't have furniture back then because we were more

1075 Corona

During the time I've lived here, Red Peak has taken over management of the building and the change, so far, has been a good one. While there is no onsite manager, service requests are fulfilled in a timely fashion and building rules have been implements (ie. no smoking anywhere in the building). more

The staff in this community could not have been more helpful to me in finding this apartment. I needed to move in quickly because my previous living arrangements fell through and they moved me in quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with this experience. more

The apartments and the community are attractively outfitted with mostly Ikea appliances and fixtures. The staff are great but some residents continue to smoke (cigarettes and marijuana) despite warnings from the staff. Pool gets loud. more

I have enjoyed living at 870 Cherry. The other residents are quiet and courteous. Management and maintenance has been very responsive when I have needed anything. The building is clean and well maintained. The apartments are well laid out and spacious with lots of storage. more

The quality vs price of this apt is as good as it gets this close to downtown. I have a studio in 890 Dexter. + Newly Renovated Quality Appliances Comes w/ flatscreen Community Areas are nice great staff - Can hear neighbors fairly well Older building (older plumbing, some squeaky floorboards, etc) I was very aggressive when looking for an apt in this part of town (Cherry Creek, Glendale, more

970 Pennsylvania (formerly Rose-Adell Apartments)

970 Pennsylvania Street, Denver, CO 80203

I like the building and the noise level is fine. Have not lived here that long but like it so far! The building is older so there is some creaking and some of the fixtures are old, but I like that. I have not met the neighbors yet, but most people seem about my age. I love the actual apartment and location. more

1265 Downing Apartments

1265 Downing Street, Denver, CO 80218

I've lived here for about a year, and I can honestly say, I can't wait for my lease to be up so I can move out. The building is extremely loud/un-insulated, and you'll hear your neighbors on a daily basis - mine are particularly loud in the late night hours, which Courtney (the property manager) has told me multiple times there's nothing they can do about it.
