I first lived in a 1 bedroom apartment and that was not too bad. However, the complex changed owners and went down-hill from there. So now I live in a 2 bedroom unit on the first floor. We have 1 person in a wheelchair and they are saying that a request to widen the doorway into the bathroom is an unreasonable request. There is also limited handicapped parking and getting into this building is more

So far I have no complaints! I have been very impressed with how the property is managed -- especially being that it's new. The staff and residents are extremely friendly. Once I am more settled in the apartment, I look forward to taking advantage of the amenities and plan to show my apartment off to my friends! more

I've been living at this apartment for about 9 months now and it's one of the best management companies I've had. They have been extremely proactive about maintenance (they brought in the ONLY dog in Colorado trained to detect bed bugs just to make sure there wasn't an infestation, they came in to check smoke and CO2 detectors without being asked, and they are changing the more

During the time I've lived here, Red Peak has taken over management of the building and the change, so far, has been a good one. While there is no onsite manager, service requests are fulfilled in a timely fashion and building rules have been implements (ie. no smoking anywhere in the building). more

2828 Zuni is a fantastic building to live in with friendly people and helpful staff. I moved here from the midwest with my boyfriend, not knowing anyone, and I immediately felt welcomed into a homey atmosphere. The building staff, Jeremy, Mara, and Jessie are wonderful both personally and professionally, and go above and beyond to make sure everyone in the building is comfortable. I have a four more

The staff in this community could not have been more helpful to me in finding this apartment. I needed to move in quickly because my previous living arrangements fell through and they moved me in quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with this experience. more

The apartments and the community are attractively outfitted with mostly Ikea appliances and fixtures. The staff are great but some residents continue to smoke (cigarettes and marijuana) despite warnings from the staff. Pool gets loud. more

I love it. The apartment is nicely remodeled (only downside is no dishwasher!). I have had multiple maintenance requests that were taken care of in a very timely manner. I love that we now have access to a pool and a free gym in a different building very close to my own. more

Acacia Apartments

429 E 14th Ave # 108, Denver, CO 80203

I moved to Denver and the Acacia was the first place I lived in. I can safely say it was wonderful living in Capital Hill to start living in Denver but that's about where the good ended for me. The building itself is extremely old, elevator breaks down constantly and routine maintenance tasks can take months to fix. My kitchen sink drain had started leaking and maintenance's way to more

The Amaranth is a wonderful place to live. There are a variety of floor plans to choose from. If you love walking in gardens or strolling in the park you will love it here. The amenities are great, with a washer and dryer in every apartment. Walking distance to restaurants, Coffee shops, SIE theater and Tattered Cover book store. more
