870 Cherry Apartments

870 Cherry Street, Denver, CO 80220

01/20/15 by Verified Resident:
I have enjoyed living at 870 Cherry. The other residents are quiet and courteous. Management and maintenance has been very responsive when I have needed anything. The building is clean and well maintained. The apartments are well laid out and spacious with lots of storage. more

Cherry Grove

this apartment is great we haven't had any problems with the maintenance people at all and the manager is a great person. the only thing is that now we have to move out because blueline property management is taking over and kicking everybody out of the apartments so that they can renovate every apartment. also the only reason half of the residents found out is because the manager Terri is a more

Liongate Apartments

90 Corona St, Denver, CO 80218

I needed a place really quickly, and Vickie got my application reviewed and processed in 24 hours, so I could move in the next day. On moving day the staff went out of there way to help in whatever way they could. The neighbors here are incredibly friendly. The building is extremely well maintained. In my search I had a long list of must haves (garage, wood burning fireplace, view) more

Nettie Moore Apartments

1255-1260 Vrain Street, Denver, CO 80204

After my visit at Nettie Moore Apartments, I'm really suprised that there aren't any reviews on here. I stopped by bc I'm looking for a three bedroom, for the beginning of April. Unfortunately there wasn't anything for me to look at, or anything coming avail for when I need to move by. Even though there wasn't anything to look at, Vanessa still went over the more

880-890 Dexter

880 Dexter Street, Denver, CO 80220

The quality vs price of this apt is as good as it gets this close to downtown. I have a studio in 890 Dexter. + Newly Renovated Quality Appliances Comes w/ flatscreen Community Areas are nice great staff - Can hear neighbors fairly well Older building (older plumbing, some squeaky floorboards, etc) I was very aggressive when looking for an apt in this part of town (Cherry Creek, Glendale, more

1265 Downing Apartments

1265 Downing Street, Denver, CO 80218

02/25/15 by Verified Resident:
1265 Downing is a nice building in a convenient location with amenities not commonly found in the neighborhood. The pet friendly complex is very quiet. Laundry facilities could be updated, they still require quarters. Overall it is a comfortable place to live. more

970 Pennsylvania (formerly Rose-Adell Apartments)

970 Pennsylvania Street, Denver, CO 80203

I like the building and the noise level is fine. Have not lived here that long but like it so far! The building is older so there is some creaking and some of the fixtures are old, but I like that. I have not met the neighbors yet, but most people seem about my age. I love the actual apartment and location. more

1430 Humboldt Apartments (formerly Humboldt Manor)

1430 Humboldt Street, Denver, CO 80218

I have had a satisfactory experience living in a RedPeak community. The staff is very responsive to service requests and they keep residents informed and up to date on any changes to the building or community. Since I have lived in my apartment, there have been renovations to the building which is always nice! I recommend living in a RedPeak community. more

60 Corona Apartments

60 Corona Street, Denver, CO 80128

02/18/15 by Verified Resident:
The Corona 60 building is located at a Great location, and is a nice little apartment building, however it is just a bit noisy. I can pretty much hear everything in the hallway, as well as most of whatever my close neighbors are up to. Mostly water running and walking around and dogs barking. The Cleaning lady does a good job and was super nice when I ran into her also. more

820 Dexter

820 Dexter Street, Denver, CO 80220

10/29/14 by Verified Resident:
The quality of service for maintenance is extremely poor. The building is falling apart. The doors do not lock. The railings are loose. The air conditioning is not working and the apartment management says that "it's an old building" and that is why this is a poorly maintained building. This is NOT an excuse and reflects poor property management. more
