I moved here after a really bad apartment experience. All utilities are covered in rent except heat/electric. I sometimes need to follow up with manager or maintenance, but so far all requests have been fixed on the first request. Compared to many other complexes/ companies in Denver, Harlan is one of the best. No frills, but everything necessary works great, & at a price you almost never see more

Love living here! Everything is brand new, looks amazing, and the staff made the whole process seamless. I highly recommend. The only thing I wish is that the fitness center had a little more to it. It is a lot smaller than I thought it would be. However, it's new so that's good. more

We have loved living at LaFonda. Rent is reasonable, especially for the amenities. An awesome rooftop patio, a really nice spacious community room, and a well-maintained pool. Nice patios in all apartments but the first floor. The apartments have lots of storage space, but smaller kitchens without a pantry. The building manager, Tom, lives on the premises and is a really nice guy. He takes care of more

This is one of my best renting experiences. The place is reasonably priced with clean, well-kept units in a neighborhood that offers restaurants, nightlife, and a quick walk to Wash Park. Management is responsive and maintenance is quick. The water pressure is high and the water is hot. This is the only place I've rented where I never hear my neighbors through the walls. Speak more

Manager lives onsite so she is always there is case of an emergency. Every issue I have reported to her has been handled in a timely manner. However, she is a very reactive manager instead of proactive. So do not expect your problems to go away without telling her. This comes with the pro that you get your privacy and are rarely bothered, but sometimes common areas break, like the laundry more

Pros: Mariposa is a new apartment complex constructed within the last 5 years. It is all-new construction, with plenty of storage, high ceilings, energy efficient windows, and an open floorplan. The living rooms are huge, with the kitchen arranged in an L-shape against the front and side walls. The bedrooms are good sized, and you have a large walk in closet in the bedroom and two smaller more

GREAT PROPERTY!!Monaco Lakes was the first property to rent my first apartment back in 2007. I had 2 roommates at the time, who were also my classmates at Lincoln College of Technology. I ended up moving out of state in 2009 & made a triumphant return in 2011. I guess you can say Monaco Lakes is my "go-to" property. It's easy, convenient living just the way I like it. Of course its more

We only lived here for a year. The main reason was the lack of air conditioning. They are advertised as air conditioned and we have since learned that one evaporative cooler does not cool a whole 3 story building. The other problem with the air/heat is that the management decides when to turn on the air for the summer and when to turn the heat on for the winter. Once these decisions are made, more
