The Dalton

1235 E. 12th Avenue, Denver, CO 80218

11/30/08 by anonymous:
My boyfriend and I read the reviews on these before moving to Denver from Tampa,FL. CJ the landlord was so nice to us and showed us each of his apt buildings. The Dalton was very clean and the maintenance people were very nice. We ended up moving into the Clarkson on 12th and Clarkson. They are very well kept and extremely quiet. Its really neat how well kept these old buildings are. And I am more

The Gaylord

1335 Gaylord Street, Denver, CO 80206

This place has become easy to call home! It is the perfect size for a single person to live comfortably. I appreciate the extra storage space in the laundry room, and the counter tops in the kitchen are beautiful. The appliances aren't too new, and I'd like to have a little more counter space, but if you're not into cooking 5 course meals it shouldn't be too much of more

The Woodbury

1469 Williams St., Denver, CO 80218

At first, I was not very happy with Woodbury Court or Pinnacle REM. Every maintenance problem that I had, not deemed an emergency, was obviously not going to be fixed. That being said, I've learned to fix the problems myself. It's worth noting that in an emergency case they are responsive. So, if you're handy and you don't mind getting your hands dirty, this more

Urban Type

1423 Clayton Street, Denver, CO 80206

Andrew is an excellent landlord. The apartments are small but well-kept. I'm renewing my lease, and Andrew offered a very reasonable rent increase (especially with the crazy increases all over town). Every time I've had an issue, it's been fixed right away. The location is unbeatable- close to downtown, City Park, Cheesman, Tattered Cover, and the Bluebird. more

I lived at Washington Arms from 06/2008 through 01/2011. I was mostly happy with it- it's an old building with character close to downtown. The management was professional and courteous, responded quickly, and maintained the building/grounds quite well. I didn't like the noise from some of the establishments around the neighborhood, but that was offset by the convenient more

Yale Lanai Apartments

4567 East Yale Avenue, Denver, CO 80222

These apartments are priced well for the area, walking distance to shopping or the library, and managed by on-site managers. My apartment was ready when promised, clean, and repairs are quickly handled. The manager keeps the pool clean in the summer and the grounds are kept clean. The laundry room is even clean. The only downside to these apartments are the extremely small more

I moved into the Yale Lanai Apartments in 2011. Tammy, the apartment manager is aweseome. She lives onsite and is out cleaning the pool every single morning along with watering plants and general upkeep on the propery. The property is very well lit and generally pretty quiet. The apartments are very clean and any maitenence you may need is done in a very timely manner. Rent is very more

We have not yet been in the community for very long, but so far the staff has been very helpful and effective. Our neighbors seem okay, though the pool gets a bit rowdy. Management seems to have addressed this with an e-mail to all residents, which I appreciated. more
