Omg where to start. Iv been living here since may of 2014 and its been hell! I didn't get to see my apartment tell i already signed my lease, manger told me it was getting redone and cleaned for us. Move in day came and it was absolutely horrible! Smelled like pee and death (last rent had passed away in this unit) and most things were broken like the closet door, handles to the cabinets etc. more

Riviera Apartments

1000 W 103rd Pl, Denver, CO 80221

DO NOT believe anything the manager says. Nothing will be fixed right or in a decent time frame. The rents are overpriced for the condition of the units (even the renovated ones). It would be a great place to live if the liars were gone and the maintenance taken care of right not half-assed. more

First of all, I have to say that the price for this apartment is really cheap since they include all utilities for tenants. However, when you have a problem with services, you will get no help from management team. For example, somebody park at my spot, I inform Mike, he asked me to park somewhere else and hung up on me. I DO pay for parking spot. Why they are so more

Skyline Park Apartments

I was curious to know which Skyline apartment it is that you are talking about...Denver, Lakewood, Arvada, Wheatridge or Aurora? I am wondering because I may possibly move here but in the Arvade one...also is there better locations (safe) in certain areas than others? Living in Ohio I dont have a clue. more

Foxfire Apartment

1017 S Birch St # 103b, Denver, CO 80246

I've lived here for nearly 2 years and frankly, the apartments have gone downhill. The price of the units have gone up significantly since I moved in, but there are no upgrade amenities. Old stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, and microwaves. Dated fixtures and tired carpet and counter tops. There is no standard, modern air conditioner or heating system. YOU don't control it- more

Cheesman Park Apartments

1601 East 14th Avenue, Denver, CO 80218

Great midcentury modern building but indifferently maintained, which was my reason for leaving for another apartment building--loose, uninsulated windows, an elevator that failed inspection and regularly broken garage doors, presenting a security risk. Also, it has been two months since vacating an impeccably-left unit and still no refund of deposit--"Corporate has it--you haven't more

Cherry Creek Towers Condos

3100 Cherry Creek South Dr, Denver, CO 80209

I have lived in Cherry Creek Tower for many years and really like living here. My unit is spacious, it has a balcony and floor to ceiling windows giving me wonderful views. I am an owner, and I dispute what the person said about conflicts between owners and renters. There are renters here who are very active in the building, even serving on committees when they have no final more

Jack Kerouac

1260 Sherman St, Denver, CO 80203

Cornerstone staff in general was very nice and accommodating, however the building manager is awful. He does not return phone calls, is rude to tenants(the ones he doesn't blow coke with), and will not hesitate to be dishonest for self benefit. The building is only secure on the 3rd floor and front of 2nd, windows are easy to open from outside. Living in Capital Hill, more

Lloyd's Apartments

1360 Williams Street, Denver, CO 80218

I lived in the Washington Street apartments. Each time I tried to click on that link, it took me to the Williams page. For clarification, this review is based on the year I spent in the apartments on 899 Washington St in Denver. I lived here from January 2012 - March 2013. When I first moved in I noticed I could smell cigarette smoke from neighboring apartments inside my unit, even more
