I lived at Forest Manor Apartments for two years - I recently moved out. I wish I had something positive to say about the living experience, and if I had to draw up one point of positivity, it would be the location. Access to Four Mile Historic Park and the Cherry Creek Trail was wonderful to have, as were the amenities nearby. But that is about it. I know that living in low income more

NEVER move here. Horrible property managers, horrible apartments that are infested with all types of bugs. Two neighbors already had to be fumigated for bed bugs, and we've been here 4 months. They will not fix ANYTHING. Since we signed a lease, multiple new 'addendums' have been added to the lease, one being that you can't smoke on the property, can't be more

My mother in law lives here. Rudest staff ever. I have been banned for telling the staff to do their job. She does not feel safe. They run it like they are ----'s and will not provide any information so corporate can be contacted. Even the new employees don't have the info. It's like WTF? I just watched a guy get evicted and half his stuff didn't get put out on the curd and I more

Living in Cherry Creek North is a HUGE PLUS. However, these apartments are VERY old and have significant downsides. First, the floors in these units are PAPER THIN. You can and hear the person living above you SIGNIFICANTLY (or below from up top), including hearing each and every footstep, conversation on the phone, flicking on light switches, sneezing, you name it. I more

The location and price are great, however, the onsite manager is a little crazy. If you can manage to avoid interaction with her, and don't do anything she feels is unacceptable to your cat (she is obsessed with cats) you will be fine but personally I'd rather pay more rent somewhere else than deal with her. Great people live in the buidling, so we met often and warned more

When I first moved into Greenfield Terrace Apartments, I was generally satisfied with my living arrangement and the condition of my apartment. Unfortunately, after getting to know my apartment a little better I began to have second thoughts. Maintenance is of no importance at Greenfield Terrace. Period. The first indication of such is that fact that there is a filthy large in-ground more

This is a low income subsidized housing where a lot of children live. The Brick balcony that provides structural support for the balcony above is crumbling and falling apart for about a year, ignored by the owner. This is an apartment community in need of security, currently on this day September 26, 2009 members of the Bloods Gang are supplying Crack to anyone that will buy or more
