Garfield Street Apartments

Living in Cherry Creek North is a HUGE PLUS. However, these apartments are VERY old and have significant downsides. First, the floors in these units are PAPER THIN. You can and hear the person living above you SIGNIFICANTLY (or below from up top), including hearing each and every footstep, conversation on the phone, flicking on light switches, sneezing, you name it. I more

The location and price are great, however, the onsite manager is a little crazy. If you can manage to avoid interaction with her, and don't do anything she feels is unacceptable to your cat (she is obsessed with cats) you will be fine but personally I'd rather pay more rent somewhere else than deal with her. Great people live in the buidling, so we met often and warned more

When I first moved into Greenfield Terrace Apartments, I was generally satisfied with my living arrangement and the condition of my apartment. Unfortunately, after getting to know my apartment a little better I began to have second thoughts. Maintenance is of no importance at Greenfield Terrace. Period. The first indication of such is that fact that there is a filthy large in-ground more

This is a low income subsidized housing where a lot of children live. The Brick balcony that provides structural support for the balcony above is crumbling and falling apart for about a year, ignored by the owner. This is an apartment community in need of security, currently on this day September 26, 2009 members of the Bloods Gang are supplying Crack to anyone that will buy or more

Please don't rent here the Apartments are a mess. maintanace takes too long. My closets have collapsed twice and the Property Manager won;t do anything about the neighbors downstairs. The baseboards are separating from the floor and the elevator is filthy. There are multiple cracks on the building with repainting every 6 months or so. They seem more concerned about the money, than the more

Humboldt Manor Apartments

1430 Humboldt Street, Denver, CO 80218

Same reviewer here as above. Humboldt Manor is an okay place. Nothing special. It's not kept very clean and there are little scrapes and holes in the walls from bikes being carried up and down hallways and stairs. The laundry room is only occasionally cleaned. The parking lot is a mess. They do have a service that checks the lot for cars without permits, but that just started a couple more

I lived here for 2 years while in law school. It has a decent location but there's lots of crime around. It's also loud at night. Maintenance guy was pretty good, but if he wasn't physically at the building it usually took him 2-3 phone calls or emails to come fix things. Moving out was a pain in the ---. They were super demanding about wanting to know if I was going to resign my more
