Greenfield Terrace

1275 Pearl St, Denver, CO 80203

06/08/09 by Ih8premiermgt:
When I first moved into Greenfield Terrace Apartments, I was generally satisfied with my living arrangement and the condition of my apartment. Unfortunately, after getting to know my apartment a little better I began to have second thoughts. Maintenance is of no importance at Greenfield Terrace. Period. The first indication of such is that fact that there is a filthy large in-ground more

Hilltop Apartments on Logan St

This is a low income subsidized housing where a lot of children live. The Brick balcony that provides structural support for the balcony above is crumbling and falling apart for about a year, ignored by the owner. This is an apartment community in need of security, currently on this day September 26, 2009 members of the Bloods Gang are supplying Crack to anyone that will buy or more

Please don't rent here the Apartments are a mess. maintanace takes too long. My closets have collapsed twice and the Property Manager won;t do anything about the neighbors downstairs. The baseboards are separating from the floor and the elevator is filthy. There are multiple cracks on the building with repainting every 6 months or so. They seem more concerned about the money, than the more

Humboldt Manor Apartments

1430 Humboldt Street, Denver, CO 80218

Same reviewer here as above. Humboldt Manor is an okay place. Nothing special. It's not kept very clean and there are little scrapes and holes in the walls from bikes being carried up and down hallways and stairs. The laundry room is only occasionally cleaned. The parking lot is a mess. They do have a service that checks the lot for cars without permits, but that just started a couple more

I was thrilled to move here after living in a HUD high rise full of bedbugs and drunks, drug addicts, and felons. They couldn't keep a flower on a tabled, or a clock on the wall. Tenants stole the whole lobby's furniture. Here I was told that smokers would have to either quit or move within five months. Here they continue to allow smokers into the building with the caudisil more

KLS Properties, Inc.

1410 Albion Street, Denver, CO 80220

A decent apartment for a decent price. However, the walks are never shoveled or salted during the winter and often become dangerous to walk on. The management is often very rude and slow to address non-emergent repairs. The laundry facilities are simply insufficient. With only one washer and one dryer in the entire building, they are often in use by other tenants. Furthermore, the dryer usually more

La Ronja Apartments

1210 Pierce St, Denver, CO 80214

The management of this place is awful. The owner uses a cut rate management company, All Star property Management (now INCO property management) that breaks the law to save a few bucks. After moving out my breathing improved and I feel better. After refusing to compensate me for damages I suffered because of their failure to repair our apartment 5 separate times they had the gall to charge me for more
