City Lofts (formerly known as Chamber Lofts)

1742 Champa Street, Denver, CO 80202

I've enjoyed my time living downtown Denver. City lofts is extremely close to all of the local hotspots and there's never a shortage of things to do. However, be ready for all that comes with living in a city: homeless, drunk tourists, parties, fire trucks, parades, awesome ppl etc; broomfield seems like a yawn in comparison. Happy adventures! more

Overall it's a nice community and fairly nice apartments. They are very spread out with the building layouts. The condition of the apartments is fair also but they could use an update on the flooring. It's all carpet and the fake wood in the kitchen seem to have a planned obsolescence but that's to be expected. more

I literally cant imagine a worse place to live any more. Let's just start off with the good- - Decent price in an amazing location with great views. A 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in Downtown Denver will run you about $2000, so you're saving a little bit of money. (Know that it's almost impossible this place doesn't get some sort of subsidy for being student housing.) - The more

The water being shut off is a serious problem. It seems that on average the water gets shut off every couple of weeks due to some type of emergency repairs. Theres always little to not notice. I don't think anyone is doing it on purpose, but the same thing could be said about the fire alarms. If we are paying so much for rent why is the water always going out and why is there always so little more

I looked at a ton of apartments before deciding to live at MileHouse two months ago, and I am SO glad that I decided to live here. I absolutely love my apartment, especially the beautiful appliances. The washer & dryer are phenomenal. I love the amenities like the clubhouse, rooftop pool, etc. The pools seems to draw a younger crowd, which it is great to see people enjoying it, but since that is more

I haven't lived here long to be honest but I have to say so far so good. Neighbors are friendly/polite enough. Staff seems courteous and happy to help. The noise level is great I rarely hear anything/anyone after quite hours 10pm on. My husband and I have enjoyed using the amenities around here clean pool, large basketball court, tennis, haven't tried the exercise equipment yet but I more

I really like the apartment complex - the layouts are really nice and spacious and everything appears relatively updated. I have seen the ratings on here that claim the front staff is rude or condescending but I personally have not had that issue - everyone I've dealt with has been quite pleasant and courteous. When I first moved in there were a few minor things I noticed in the apartment more

City Square (formerly Southgate Apartments)

I love the apartment, the staff and the neighborhood! The only thing I think it could change is that nobody cleans the back entrance to the building and people let their pets pee there, it smells terrible! And it's always very dirty! I wish it could be clean like the main entrance more

Santana Ridge Apartments

1355 S Galena Street, Denver, CO 80247

The apartment is smaller than the pictures make it seem, but the space is good size. I like the new appliances in the unit, also very important was the included car-port and washer and dryer in unit. I hate waiting to wash clothes or paying and driving to a laundrymat. The area is very nice with great shopping and restaurant choices galore - very nice area. Also like that you can send in rent more
