Glen Apartments

The staff is the biggest group of morons alive. They will harass you for things they do not even have proof of you doing. I paid my rent on time every month and never caused any issues but they continually called me for lease violations that they had no proof of. They will try anything to get a buck out of you. None of the maintenance speaks any english and the staff is totally incompetant. The more

Hampden Heights (formerly Lodge)

I have lived at Hampden Heights for a year and decided not to renew my lease. The staff is friendly and maintenance is quick if you have a problem. I am moving because for the price the 2 bedroom is not worth it the place is tiny. the kitchen is a joke there are only 2 draws and no counter space. The parking is terrible and the parking lot needs to be fixed. The neighbors that started moving more

Uptown Square (formerly Post Uptown Square)

Management is TERRIBLE and needs a serious wake up call! So I moved out to Denver 6-months ago. Uptown Square has a serious problem with the security of their buildings and the management refuses to take responsibility and act upon it.A couple of days ago my bike was stolen from one of their "secure" bike lockers. After repeated attempts contacting management about doors around the more

City Square (formerly Southgate Apartments)

The pros: 1) Good price for what I'm getting, including a short-term lease without having to pay a premium for it. Pool, pagoda with a pretty sweet-looking community gas grill and picnic tables, dog park and a small fitness center. Dishwasher, garbage disposal, laundry unit on site, and the office will sign for my packages and hold them until I'm home to pick them up. 2) There are two more

There is a no smoking policy. There is a fee to have your dog's DNA collected to fine for leaving poop around. I highly recommend getting a garage, especially if you arrive home after most residents (after 6 pm); this also provides a bit of safety in an otherwise transient light rail community. Get your windows replaced: the draft was literally blowing the blinds diagonally when we moved in more

Please avoid! These apartments are old. The boiler room which only comes on at night literally shakes the walls, and is loud. I could not sleep due to these issues. The apartment complex would NOT fix the boiler room. The noise coming from the boiler room was loud as well. I only slept there for three days. Ear plugs would not work either. I have to pay a month's rent to get out of my lease. more

I looked at a ton of apartments before deciding to live at MileHouse two months ago, and I am SO glad that I decided to live here. I absolutely love my apartment, especially the beautiful appliances. The washer & dryer are phenomenal. I love the amenities like the clubhouse, rooftop pool, etc. The pools seems to draw a younger crowd, which it is great to see people enjoying it, but since that is more

Hawthorne Hills Apartments

I lived here for a year and six months loved my apartment! The staff here was the rudest staff I have ever encountered. Not professional in any way. Certain residents get favored, if you are a personal friend to the manager and you live at Hawthorne Patricia G. favors you. You get away with having decorative things on out on your lawn and parties out on your lawn right in front of your apartment more

I toured with a young lady named Sylvia (i can't provide her last name) and she was the definition of world class customer service. She showed me the property that was older but definitely well maintained. There are multiple fountains on the property making it very peaceful. i also spoke with Gabby who pointed out that the schools are in the Denver County region as well as Cherry Creek, which more

My wife and I have lived here for a year and can't complain. Our apartment is nice, granite counters, stainless appliances, accent walls, mountain views etc. We moved here for the convenience of the parking garage and internal hallways, we don't like the having to deal with the snow in the winter time. Also being close to the light rail was a huge plus for us. All of our maintenance more
