I've lived here since March 2014. I like it here because - people are quiet, respectful and friendly, space is good for the money, amenities and private garage space, very responsive to maintenance requests, location is great. more

Management is TERRIBLE and needs a serious wake up call! So I moved out to Denver 6-months ago. Uptown Square has a serious problem with the security of their buildings and the management refuses to take responsibility and act upon it.A couple of days ago my bike was stolen from one of their "secure" bike lockers. After repeated attempts contacting management about doors around the more

There is a no smoking policy. There is a fee to have your dog's DNA collected to fine for leaving poop around. I highly recommend getting a garage, especially if you arrive home after most residents (after 6 pm); this also provides a bit of safety in an otherwise transient light rail community. Get your windows replaced: the draft was literally blowing the blinds diagonally when we moved in more

The pros: 1) Good price for what I'm getting, including a short-term lease without having to pay a premium for it. Pool, pagoda with a pretty sweet-looking community gas grill and picnic tables, dog park and a small fitness center. Dishwasher, garbage disposal, laundry unit on site, and the office will sign for my packages and hold them until I'm home to pick them up. 2) There are two more

Overall, I like the community. However, I am not a fan of maintenance personnel comments. I am not a fan of icy sidewalks. (They are not regularly covered with salt/whatever mixture that makes the ice melt). I've had someone to break into to my apartment as well. I wish they would have succeeded, because I would have enjoyed beating them. Office ladies are completely incompetent. However, one of more

I would never recommend this place to anyone. The office staff is rude, uncaring, unfriendly and unapologetic about being that way. They have ridiculous policies about package pick up where if you don't pick up your package from the office in 72 hours it gets sent back at your expense. Oh but wait...it's also "not their responsibility" to notify residents of receiving a package more

We just started renting at The Parc. Greg, the assistant manager, has been awesome - friendly, inviting, super quick to reply to e-mails and has taken care of *everything*. I have never rented from a friendlier or more 'on-top-of-things' kind of apartment. We even requested new countertops when we started to move-in and they got right on it (all of them- even the bathrooms). Greg has more

DO NOT MOVE HERE! This place is infested with roaches and bed bugs. I have had my apartment treated numerous times only for the problem to continue. I believe it is so bad at this point that the city of Denver should condemn in order to truly have the issue resolved. Unfortunately slumlords along with the property managers are only concerned with my lease agreement of 600 per month than making more

As other users have said in other reviews, this complex has gone down hill since Camden took over. We are now on our 3rd or 4th set of management. The garage is the worst part, it is dirty and dark, people throw there trash all over and one corner of the garage by the entryway has turned into a garbage dump where people leave old furniture etc. Some of which has been there for months. Lighting is more
