Awful, currently living here and im absolutely miserable. The staff are rude and unhelpful, they never get back to you. They dont mention on their website that the student lofts is just one big party house for underage kids to drink every night. I cant sleep here on the weekends anymore because of how loud and crazy everyone is, i come home to my roommate (who i barley know because they put us more

Great location, Friendly and Helpful staff! I love having everything within walking distance! Riding my bike into Denver has also been a lot of fun. Would definetely recommend living here! Check out the Bull and Bush next door! A Denver landmark! more

City Lofts (formerly known as Chamber Lofts)

1742 Champa Street, Denver, CO 80202

I've enjoyed my time living downtown Denver. City lofts is extremely close to all of the local hotspots and there's never a shortage of things to do. However, be ready for all that comes with living in a city: homeless, drunk tourists, parties, fire trucks, parades, awesome ppl etc; broomfield seems like a yawn in comparison. Happy adventures! more

Grosvenor Arms

333 E 16th Ave, Denver, CO 80203

03/01/15 by Bethanne1983:
I have lived in Grosvenor Arms for 3 years now and enjoyed it! The location is incredible and the rent is affordable. My apartment is on a corner, so once I am inside I rarely hear my neighbors. Occasionally you will hear people outside, or in the hallways, but that's living in an apartment for you. Other residents are nice, and everyone keeps to themselves for the most part. A few more

The Apartments At Denver Place

1880 Arapahoe St., Denver, CO 80202

I was very satisfied with this complex until yesterday. The front office staff proved to be rude and dismissive of a cable representative trying to help me resolve an issue they were responsible for. I am ashamed to say I live in a community that would treat someone this way. more

Stone Mountain Apartments

11625 Community Center Drive, Denver, CO 80233

After visiting Stone Mountain apartments today I was so sad there was nothing in my time frame. I have looked at over 12 communities and have not gotten the customer service I received from Brook. There was so many people in and out but she gave my her undivided attention and really listened to what I wanted. I will recommend this place to anyone looking. more

So Far so Good. I have moved in because of the ready availability.and also short term lease 3months. We are using common laundry first time, so the machine which dispenses laundry card gave me some hassel and also as its within office room, its not reloadable during off hours. That caused me a pain. and it never said it charges 3$ for the card. more

Glen Apartments

9600 E Girard Ave, Denver, CO 80231

The staff is the biggest group of morons alive. They will harass you for things they do not even have proof of you doing. I paid my rent on time every month and never caused any issues but they continually called me for lease violations that they had no proof of. They will try anything to get a buck out of you. None of the maintenance speaks any english and the staff is totally incompetant. The more

Hampden Heights (formerly Lodge)

8405 E Hampden Ave, Denver, CO 80231

04/12/15 by anonymous:
I have lived at Hampden Heights for a year and decided not to renew my lease. The staff is friendly and maintenance is quick if you have a problem. I am moving because for the price the 2 bedroom is not worth it the place is tiny. the kitchen is a joke there are only 2 draws and no counter space. The parking is terrible and the parking lot needs to be fixed. The neighbors that started moving more

CPW should be ashamed of themselves for the condition of the apartment and common area in building A. We have since moved out after less than 10 weeks. of moving in. The floors in our apartment were so slanted they were making us "seasick". We were told there was nothing that could be done and either we had to live with this or move out. We were not shown the actual apartment as it more
