I lived at Casa Cordova Apartments for 1 year and overall seemed good initially based on the price for Washington Park. However, as I look back at the past year I see the upkeep was below average compared to other apartments I have lived at over the past 14 years. Maintenance was below average. I had one full day in the middle of winter without heat. The heating problem had to be fixed twice within 3 days because it was done poorly the first time. A dumpster for one full year sat on the side of the building for supposedly renovations. Even though there was no apparent renovations ongoing. Part of the time it sat in front of one of my only windows since I was living on the bottom floor. I guess if you are okay with poor maintenance on an old building or never completed maintenance you may be satisfied with this apartment complex. Also, don't expect all your apartment deposit back at the end. For the first time ever living in an apartment I didn't get my full deposit back for no apparent reason.
