DO NOT MOVE IN
I had the misfortune of living at the Legacy Apartments in 2003 and wanted all potential renters to learn from my experiences.

Firstly the apartments although reasonably well laid out are primitive in that everytime the jetstream over the Rockies changes direction the heating system (which has some issue with backpressure from the outside) shuts off. It is not fun to head for a shower and find out that the water is ice cold and that the gas pilot line is off.

Telephone service to this location takes roughly a month to get activated.

The staff at the Legacy have the distinction of either pulling the average IQ of CO down significantly or are expert at masquerading.

I was slapped with a wrong ridiculous bill months after I vacated. Having paid the exorbitant amounts they claimed to have spent refixing the place there was still a gaping amount the size of the US deficit. This was promptly conveyed to a collection agency. After sending back calculations, bills , payments they "graciously" reduced the amount owed by the size of the US deficit.

Also please remember that you will pay dearly for all so called discounts they provide initially.

The gym they have is crummy, the treadmills won't move fast enough to make anyone sweat.

About crime in the complex etc I will not complain since the leasing office houses the biggest criminals.

Folks pls dont stay here no matter how beatific the smiles of the pathetic staff when you go in with your checkbook.Share This Review
