Really quite commutiry wich I really like I feel real relaxed coming home from work there's never a big racket going on, I've never needed to put in a complaint about something breaking everything in my apartment everything works great! I am pretty disappointed with Newport Village. My husband and I have lived here for almost three years and have heard from another tenant that rent is going up yet again. I could care less about a new pool, and have no idea where this new clubhouse is (nor do I care). What I really do not understand is that as soon as people move they are updating the apartments. While we are stuck with 1980s more

This was the only community we could find, that we liked, that allowed us to have our big dog. She's such a sweet dog but most places have weight restrictions. We are really happy here and feel that it's worth what we pay for rent. more

I was in a small one bedroom with a stackable washer and dryer. It felt very claustrophobic. The maintenance staff did and okay job when it came to apartment issues. My fridge was very old and the gaskets were falling apart. The oven was also old and broke twice while we were there. I would not recommend this place to a perspective renter mainly because they failed to send me a bill for any fees I more

The office staff has been very friendly but the maintenance requests I have submitted have both taken approximately a month each to be rectified. The building I live in is very noisy and the doors closing are more like slamming. The pictures on your wall will shake when the neighbors door closes. The valet trash service is nice but very particular in what they will pick up. I live near the more

Avena is a great place to live, we only have one concern. " Parking " you choose luxury living apartments for a reason, but there is nothing luxury about having to park across the patking lot to get to your unit. more

We moved in to Champions Park about 5-6 months ago and could not be happier! The apartment is wonderful, the property is always clean and looking beauriful, but the best part would have to be the staff. Ive lived in many apartments and Ive never dealt with a staff as great as the staff here. I have had a few minor maintenance issues and they have all been handled the same day including getting a more

My husband and I were looking into renting a 2 bed 2 bath 866 sq.ft apartment from skyline. When we got to the office no one greeted us until we walked into one of their offices and sat down. The lady (Jeanette) we worked with was very nice and informative. She told us a lot about the property and informed us that they have night security from 10pm-6am which is a nice safety feature. We also liked more

LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! My experience here started with a bait and switch. I was told one price and then right before signing i was told the rent would be 60 dollars more expensive. I should have known then. On top of that when my lease was nearing it's end they wanted to raise my rent almost $300. The complex cannot seem to keep employees in the leasing office as it seemed that every 2 more

Lived Here over a year. This Place is Horrible just horrible. You can see the anger in peoples faces as they walk out of the office. Constant Noise from kids slamming doors, Kids Screaming every day from 3pm to 9pm, - to cars that go boom boom. at least once every few weeks fire alarms go off and the fire department has to show up to shut it down. There is no community at Summit at Thornton more
