I visited Park Place as a prospective resident. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The interior is lovely, spacious hallways. The amenities were phenomenal: great fitness center, very modern package pickup system, nice business center, lovely rooftop area, washers and dryers in all units. The one bedroom seemed nice enough, but it was rather cramped. The cement floor was hideous. Even some ugly old, school tile would have been better than that awful cement. The neighborhood seemed a little unsavory. Plus it costs close to $200/month to park here and that fee is in addition to the monthly rent.
Overall, it just wasn't my cup of tea.
