What a nightmare for many reasons. First the neighborhood is completely deserted. Second, it is owned by a professional management company but the staff is not knowledgeable. Good luck if you need any maintenance. Also take the bond security deposit because you will never get your security deposit back. The units are nice but for the price you can find better apartments where people actually live in Wilmington. This part of Wilmington just has not taken off. Any way it's not good for other things like smell and the pool has to be one of the smallest at any apartment complex and they brag about it so much. Just my 2 cents and good luck in your search.

Dude I totally disagree. My apartment looked just like the apartment I saw during the tour. I am also a little confused as to why you would call the company a scam, they own like 5 buildings, all nice. How is that a scam? As for the staff, I have lived at 2 of the properties and have found the staff responsive and nice enough. I don't understanding how not showing an apartment is a bad thing. They didn't show my future apartment cause they didn't want to barge in on the current renter. I know I wouldn't want that. Sounds more like respect for tenants than a scam to me, but that's just my opinion.
Sir. everyone is entitled to their opinion. In my experience it seems like a scam as a particular sales agent, trying to close a quick order, would not show the actual rental unit. I am glad you had a good experience. Wish I could say the same.
