It's nice the neighbors ok need reserved parking and security since it's not gated. They need more bike racks. I love that it's close to everything and 25 min from the beach . Great walking paths and close to Hagen ranch Elmentary which is a terrible more

We have lived here for about 3 months now. Moved into one of the brand new buildings and it is very nice. The only major complaint is that we have tiny bugs coming in from the outside and they are everywhere. Takes the enjoyment out of the great weather. The building is nice even though for $1200/ month would have expected energy efficient appliances. The dishwasher is extremely cheap and more

The maintenance staff is quick and professional, always solved my issues right away. Parking wasnt an issue. And there was pest control. I lived on the third floor and every time it would raiN water would get into my apartment. There were roaches, I fond a few in my bathroom in the tub, they were huge, little ones in the kitchen, and twice I saw a roach coming in from outside to the front more

We have been living here since 2009 when Lincoln Properties was in charge. I must say I miss the maintenance staff. I hate when they got rid of them. Now this new company is here. Not much has changed except the increasing of the rent. Parking is still horrible. Cars are out there every night that doesn't even belong. From what its worth, from the cards this new company was dealt when they more

I have been living here for over a year and I love it. The new Property Manager has really done a lot to make a change for the better and to keep things moving smoothly. It is neat clean and whenever anything comes up they are quick to fix the problem. I would highly recommend this community. Good schools as well. more

Crazy. I lived here 2003-2004 and it was pretty decent besides the cockroach issue in my spotless apartment. No matter what I did, who I hired I could not get rid of these roaches. I was so skeeved out by it. Anyway, the landscaping was nice, the amenities were great, I had a great view. My apartment was a 2 bedroom w golf course and lake view. I was proud to live here. HOWEVER...I happened to be more

Bermuda Cay on the Intracoastal

E. Woolbright Road, Boynton Beach, FL 33435

This may be one of the must "unusual" reviews I have ever written for a company. My wife and I visited Bermuda Cay on the Intracoastal community as we have been shopping for a new rental experience. I am very happy to say we found it there at Bermuda Cay, and while we are not going to take an apartment there I can't say enough about Nancy and her most professional staff. From the more

Manatee Bay Apartments

1632 North Federal Highway, Boynton Beach, FL 33435

Manatee Bay is building new buidlings and new docks(that are never finished) and the renters pay for it. The rent goes up 300 dollars a year. No new appliances and hardly any maintenence service. You'd be better off going to a nice place with all amenities. Because its near the water, there are rats and cats all over the place. more

Moved in on April 16th and our neighbors are just awful. The first day we moved in we could hear loud bass coming through the walls so loud I would swear that we moved next door to a dance club. It has now also occurred on 4/23 at 6pm, on 4/26 at: 9pm and 4/27 at 6:53pm If you want peace and quiet THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO LIVE!!! If you like bass and want to dance at all hours and not pay a more
