I am not one to write reviews (good or bad) but if my own personal experience can spare someone the grief, it will not be in vain. I have never ever rented an apartment so poorly maintain. I had issues such as a missing overhead light from the dining room area (try eating in the dark...no fun). A fridge with a broken fixture that leaked, A clothes dryer that doesn't work properly, was told by office staff to run the dryer on 2 full 100 mins drying cycles...imagine that FPL bill. Missing grout from shower wall, loose bathroom floor tiles, a horrible smell from underneath the bathroom sink. Mind you there are no doors between the bathroom and bedroom, so there's no barrier to keep the smell out of the bedroom. I saved the best for last...The entire apartment has a pungent smell of mold & cigarette smoke. After reporting it to the leasing office, I was told to just run the AC all day to air out the odor because maybe a bird got stuck in the crawl space. Oh yeah, maintenance left a can of air freshener and told me to just keep spraying to mask the smell. I am now taking other measures to get this leasing office to do what's right. I take my health very seriously. Again, I don't write reviews (good or bad) but thought I would possibly spare some hard working individual the headache, nausea, skin rash and respiratory distress that I've experienced here. The choice is yours...rent here at your own risk.
