My original roommate and I were upgraded to the three bedroom floor plan on the day we moved in, thanks to the leasing agent at that time who was very pleasant to work with. We liked the location a lot; close enough to Disney, 429 and shopping.
The washer/dryer units were older but they worked and we didn't have to walk around with our laundry because our aparment has them
Kitchen space is average, but the open bar area helps to create a great cooking experience. The A/C units outside can be pretty noisy. Maintenance requests take anywhere from 1-3 days to respond/repair, but it does get done, especially if you pester management.
The free WiFi is only around the office and pool area, which can be pretty bogged down if a lot of people are on, but pretty fast mostly.
Noise varies. We've experienced periods of serenity as well as periods where music can be blaring rather loud at late hours but security is quick to make them quiet down.
While there is a pretty nice gazeebo in the middle of the complex, the field occasionally gets abused by tenants who don't pick up after their pets. Never want to walk anywhere that was unpaved at night due to stepping in something
For the price and location, this is very difficult to beat. It is pet- and family-friendly, as long as you're comfortable putting up with the various issues described above. Hope this review helps.
Update: they had 2 karaoke nights and it wasn't like a normal boring function they did it up for the kids then the grown up got a turn. I planned on only staying about 30 minutes and stayed over 3 hours had a glass of wine and enjoyed the entertainment.
The staff even sang for us. Tony showed us how it is done right. My last complex I never wanted to go into the office this one you never want to leave.
