great place to live (UPDATE: Horrible place to live)
I've lived here at The Brittany for two years now and I think it's a great place to live. The apartment staff is great and the rent is probably the cheapest you could find and the apartments are fairly new and in great condition. I've read a few of the reviews and I have to say that I have never had a problem with roaches. The people that are overrun with them probably brought the roaches in with them when they moved in. Angie and her team have done a great job of straightening up this place by getting rid of the troublemakers and vandals. The staff sends out monthly newsletters and also has monthly neighborhood watch meetings. **UPDATE** I would like to comment that I am not a staff member at the Brittany. I agree with the comments left on 12/9/2008 from anonymous. This place has taken a nosedive since Angie left. The new apartment manager remains mostly invisible as I never see her. Angie used to patrol this place and everyone knew who she was. Now I occasionally see maintenance men smoking and talking to each other and on their cell phones. Management has let this place go to crap. They are renting to horrible people and I cannot believe that they are doing background checks on the people that are moving in. There used to be a breed restriction on pets allowed at the Brittany, I'm not sure if there still is or if it is just not enforced because I have seen pit bulls here. Management has failed us, but really how could they "manage" the property by staying in the office all of the time. It has become a scary place to live. Parents do NOT move your children into this place.Share This Review
