Everything is great and quiet the staff Is friendly and we'll knowledgeable about any questions that may arise during your time here. The only thing I had a problem with was the $40 a month Maa only fee that is charges without anyone telling you when u sign the lease. more

Uptown Village at Townsend

3780 Northwest 24th Boulevard, Gainesville, FL 32605

Horrible place. Dog crap everywhere, so that's the fragrance when the grass is mowed. Bug spraying is optional, so the roaches have taken over. The gutters have never been cleaned, even though we complained that our patio gets flooded with every rain. Walls are paper thin. Basketball court is overrun by kids coming over from across 39 St - they don't even live here, but someone is more

Oakbrook Walk Apartments

1331 SW 13th Street, Gainesville, FL 32608

Basically this place loves to screw you. All the stuff in the apartment (oven, laundry, dishwasher, toilet, AC) is old as hell so the stuff constantly breaks. I had to get maintenance to come 10 times in my first 3 months living there. Also, they give you a cap on utilities. When I was moving on I specifically asked them if people usually go over and they straight up lied in my face and said it more

Creekwood Apartments

2056 Nw 55th Blvd, Gainesville, FL 32653

Me and my husband moved to creekwood because the apartments are so big, clean and nice! The apartment manager is amazing. If you have a problem maintenance fixes it, for us, within that day. The parking lot, pool area and play ground are always so clean. The only complaint I would have are the neighbors around me in the complex. They want nothing to do with anyone and are not willing the help more

Overall I enjoyed interacting with my wonderful neighbors! I made new long term friends through my random roommate matching and living close to wonderful people, and had a fun, safe, inviting experience and I was glad I chose spyglass as my home for two years. My neighbors were respectful yet they didn't mind when we had fun, overall the community was entertaining and understanding. more

My fiancé and I love Towne Parc! We have lived here going on 3 years now and would not live anywhere else in Gainesville. Our 2/2 apartment is great, with decent sized rooms and new, tidy appliances. The office staff and apartment managers are extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating and have repeatedly gone out of their way to solve problems and issues. The maintenance team are friendly and more

Mount Vernon Apartments

2370 Sw Archer Rd, Gainesville, FL 32608

I've lived here for almost a year now and I love it. I live in a 1BR and have had no issues since I've moved in. My favorite aspect about this place is its proximity to UF's campus (I'm a grad student). On top of that there is a bus line that literally has a bus there every 5-10 minutes. Back to the apartment complex: Rent is VERY fare, and because I am a grad student, I get more

I've enjoyed living here. But rent increases and additional charges each year have made it considerably less affordable. Office and maintenance staff are great. My only real complaint is the loud music playing at the pool before 10:00 a.m. more
