Paddock Club Gainesville

1105 Fort Clarke Boulevard, Gainesville, FL 32606

11/11/14 by Verified Resident: Overall not a bad complex, staff are the nicest when they are trying to sell but once you become a tenant they seem to ignore, forget or blow you off. get everything you are promised in writing I learned that one the hard wary. And don't expect them to follow-up with you unless it's something they need done. more

Uptown Village at Townsend

3780 Northwest 24th Boulevard, Gainesville, FL 32605

10/07/14 by anonymous: Uptown Village has been recently sold. The new management, if you can believe it, is worse than the old management. All they want is your money. If you can walk, talk, and breathe, you become a resident. All night parties is a common occurrence. Maintenance is a joke. Parking is ridiculous. I got so fed up, I had to move. If you truly want to live in a dumpster, then pick Uptown Village. more

Oakbrook Walk Apartments

1331 SW 13th Street, Gainesville, FL 32608

07/08/14 by anonymous: I am really surprised by reading reviews over here. One thing i wanna point out here is that Maintenance service. Internet goes off on saturday evening. They told us that it will be fix by monday. Upon calling on monday it was told that it will be fixed by tomorrow morning. Upon calling on Tuesday they told us the same story that it will be fixed by 5 pm wednesday--->friday. Insects crawl here and more

Brookwood Terrace Apartments

2601 Nw 23rd Blvd, Gainesville, FL 32605

09/26/14 by anonymous: This is one of the safest, sweetest, family oriented property I've lived at in Gainesville. They have residential events, one time they made the golf cart into an ice cream cart and went around passing out ice cream. It was very cool! Everyone is very nice too. more

Creekwood Apartments

2056 Nw 55th Blvd, Gainesville, FL 32653

08/14/14 by anonymous: Me and my husband moved to creekwood because the apartments are so big, clean and nice! The apartment manager is amazing. If you have a problem maintenance fixes it, for us, within that day. The parking lot, pool area and play ground are always so clean. The only complaint I would have are the neighbors around me in the complex. They want nothing to do with anyone and are not willing the help more

Towne Parc Apartments

2930 SW 23rd Terrace, Gainesville, FL 32608

09/10/14 by anonymous: I lived in Towne Parc from August 2013 to this past July and it is by far the best place I have lived in in my 5 years in Gainesville. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, as are the maintenance workers. For emergency fixes, I have never had to wait more than a day for maintenance to show up. The apartments are older so keep that in mind. We have had a few electrical and plumbing issues, more

Mount Vernon Apartments

2370 Sw Archer Rd, Gainesville, FL 32608

06/02/14 by anonymous: Mount Vernon is a great place to live in Gainesville! It's a short walk to the veterinary school or medical schools, and a short drive to anything you could need on Archer. It's an older complex, but that has it's upsides! The walls are thick, so you rarely ever hear your neighbors. It's mostly a community of graduate students or working people, no loud undergrads!
